Great experience! My mom was sent to Hess Rehab and we couldn’t be more grateful. Front desk employees are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Carla explained the process and any other questions we had about therapy. Dr. D was amazing because he listened to our concerns and was able to explain further the process. Overall, my mom enjoyed the service she received by all personnel.

This place has the best chiropractor treatments and customer service. Always accommodating to schedule you for a different time if needed. I've been coming for about almost 3 months now and no complaints. Everyone is really friendly especially Carla. She always helps me with availability with my schedule and she gets me in and out without waiting more than a few minutes. I highly recommend this place for treatment.

Today’s experience with Dr. Pavan Dwarnal, DC, was terrible, marked by a lack of ethics, professionalism, and respect for patients, especially elderly ones. His rudeness and slamming the door hard, as if he were at home, were unacceptable. This occurred just because we mentioned that my mother's knee was still swollen, that she felt it was unstable and lacked proper support. He immediately became upset and wanted her to say she was fine without any treatment for her knee. His behavior was unprofessional and rude. Additionally, his assistant Claudia threatened to close my mother's case with the lawyer. It was a complete lack of respect.

I have had the greatest experience here at Hess. Carla is accommodating and really makes you feel comfortable!!
