Staff and doctor are always friendly and professional. They are flexible with their patients, genuinely care and listen to your concerns. I love how comfortable they make me and my family feel once we step through the door. Highly recommend Dr. Hess's office.

I highly recommend going here if you are ever injured. The staff is very polite and will take great care of you. I was nervous about getting acupuncture but it is an amazing experience and they do their best to make you feel comfortable.

Been coming here for about two months after i was in an rear ended in the freeway and my car totaled they’ve been amazing specifically Chrystal and Lorena super friendly always helpful always understanding when things come up and I have to reschedule the doctor seems to care more than my attorneys it’s been great

I extremely recommend this place for any case of injury best experience I have had yrs back and now , love it that they do their best to accommodate appointments in case you can’t make it, Lorena and crystal are the best they treat you like family really helpful and very professional in their job and patients.

worse treatment ever, like i scheduled for a 2:30 appointment for my week of treatment, two lady's at a desk all they do is sit there and rub peoples back lol, i walk in say hello, they stare at me like im stupid , and LORENA front desk lady says "your appointment was at 2 pm" and i say "oh im so sorry i told them 2:30" like i asked for over the phone, than she speaks to me agian with attitude next time its a 15 min late policy whatever she said, but when i walked out that place after my treatment they didn't say anything to me , so never agian you guys are so weird and handle "misscommunication" terribly do better fr
