So appreciative of Paul and Kyle’s work with me pre and post surgery, professional, friendly and made the serious work fun. I’ll miss going in but not needing to go in is the point, right? Because my recovery is a success! Highly recommend!

My L4 sad L5 were out. I went to the Lancaster office. Paul and Kyle kept me off the operating table. They worked on me and showed me what I need to do to develop and maintain a healthy back. I am now 90 percent pain free and able to resume many of my activities. They also gave me advice on what I need to do but how to take care of myself. .They not only helped me physically but mentally as well, it took almost oo 5 months but it was time well spent. If you have a back or shoulder problem, these guys can help you.

I tried calling this establishment in hopes of finding rehab for my ankle. I was given their number from UPMC as an option. As soon as I mentioned UPMC the lady on the phone raised her voice and said they were not part of Penn State. I tried explaining that I wasn't looking for Penn State but for rehab. She then yelled "I don't know how to get it through your head that we aren't Penn State". Then hung up. I guess I'll look for rehab options elsewhere?

About 4 months ago, I went to Hsy Ortho and Spine Rehab experiencing pain from an arthritic hip. Through the effective strengthening and flexibility program in their facility and continuing those exercises at home since then, it was just what I needed! Scott, George, and Danielle keep the atmosphere light and fun during each visit, while exhibiting the utmost in professionalism and expertise in their field. I highly recommend their services, if you are ever in need of physical therapy!

I've seen Paul, the physical therapist, and Kyle, my coach, at their Lancaster location for the past several years. They both have gotten me through herniated discs in my neck and torn rotator cuff without surgery. I highly recommend them ~ they are truly the best in the business. Thanks guys!

I attended one of their Saturday informational seminars. I have a knee with early stage arthritis. Bursitis in my shoulder and a recent stroke while minor as far strokes are concerned, caused significant physical impediments. Persistent pain was keeping me awake at night. I had taken the pain killers and muscle relaxers. They only provided temporary relief. I wasn't ready for surgical options. I needed to get more active but pain prevented me. These guys provided me with exercises and processes that allowed me to sleep at night and get to the gym. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and non judgmental. They don't claim to be able to fix all conditions or injuries but you can count on an informed unbiased assessment. Bottom line they helped me.

Hershey Orthopedic & Spine - has been my go to PT office for several years. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They have helped me with back, knee and rotator cuff issues. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking personal attentive PT services.
