Heritage required my 82 yr old Mother to test negative for covid before approving her admission. Day 2 of her stay, a friend told her the facility was filled with covid positive patients. They never alerted us, allowed staff to enter her room unmasked, give her meds with bare hands. I took her home on day 4 of her planned 20 day PT program. She tested positive for covid 2 days later, fever 101.50. Did I mention, she had just spent 14 days in ICU for a perforated ulcer. Heritage would not allow us to have disinfectant, aka wipes and lysol, in the room. It was 'a chemical and against the rules! Need I say more?

Wonderful clean environment with super loving caring and compassionate staff members. Patients are clean attended to and are given above and beyond care. Beautifully owned and managed facility.

Awful, abuse patients to the top notch my father waited 3 hours to get changed they’re all a bunch of liars place is actually horrible

The nurse Ambrica Johnson is such an angel! She cares a lot for the patients!
