Dr. Cassandra Garcia and Dr. Kathleen Pfaff are amazing! They take the time to listen to me and problem solve. During my appointments, I don't feel rushed or overlooked. I'm so grateful to finally have supportive women's health providers!! The only issue is that there's a hospital fee for every visit. This is not affordable!

My appointment was great! My physician was caring, Loving & Concerned usually many clinics seem in a rush at my visits. Kathleen T Pfaff you are amazing, you were gentle as well we Love you girl❤️

Only been here once, but it was a quick in and out for a vaccination. Barely had time to sit and enjoy the waiting room or the exam room. Love Hennepin Healthcare for all my medical care.

Incompetency on so many levels here; from making appointments to getting prescriptions sent to pharmacy, to even the care given (or lack thereof). I went here once for an appointment years ago and had so many problems that I never went back. My mother has insisted on continuing to see doctors here because they “are so nice”, she has finally decided to find care elsewhere as her health conditions have basically gone untreated for years - she found this out because she recently had to be admitted to another hospital after going to ER.

I’ve literally never felt so cared for in a medical setting so I needed to write a review. The scheduling process was so quick & easy- they even got me in same day which I was realllllllly hoping for but knew it was unlikely. They worked their magic & found something for me & I could tell they were exploring all the options. It was so appreciated! The nurse who checked me in was outstanding. When I asked to opt out of being weighed, I was met with an enthusiastic “of course you can!!” which might be small to some but meant absolutely everything to me! (PSA! You do NOT have to be weighed at your doc appointments!!! It is optional!) With everything she checked, she asked for consent each time & did so in the most genuine & kind way! SO important!! She took her time with me to make sure I was comfortable & made great conversation. Dr. Mary Erickson was just as amazing! She took her time with me making sure I understood the treatment plan, my options, and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel like she was rushing to get to the next client & really appreciated that! The amazing nurse & Dr. Erickson are making a HUGE difference in how patients are treated and I can’t thank them enough. 100/10 would recommend this place and Dr. Erickson any day!

Had scheduled an appointment more than a month in advanced. Couldn't find it in Mychart or anywhere, because the date was coming up. I didn't realize they had CANCELLED my appointment 6 days after scheduling it. Had to find out the day of, going through every tab in the Mychart app. No notification. No call. Nothing from them. 1 star because I actually like my doctor.

Nurse Linda was absolutely amazing & made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I also had to get blood work done during my visit (I HATE blood work) & the lady that did my blood work kept my mind off of it & was EXTREMELY nice & accommodating. So thankful.

Nurse doing my blood panel was very rude. Very unnecessary. If you don’t like working with people maybe don’t be a nurse
