Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation

My mother is very well taken care of. Her mental and physical health has tremendously improved since arriving. The facility is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t have my family at any other facility.

Called to check on love one about a situation. The lady answer the phone listen to me and then she hung the phone up. I called several times after that and she kept hanging up. How rude??????

If I could leave a zero I would. My Mother in Law was there less than 48hrs and was COVERED in bruises before the ambulance left with her. When I called to find out why they stated, "She caused them all by being combative". She weighs 108lbs. We never had this problem at home nor since (at the nursing home we transferred her to). By the way this is just one (the biggest) problem we had in those 48hrs.

The staff at Hendrix is amazing! They give their all for their residents and love every one of them as their own family! Hendrix is the best place for your loved ones!

My sister-in-law resides there at the nursing home for the present time and they have good food and seems like they take very good care of her and it is very clean

My dad has been a patient here since 2017. When we have dropped in to visit--always unannounced--the staff has invariably been on the ball, cordial, and kind. I have never seen signs that Dad is being treated with anything less than great care and kindness.

This place is a very nice facility. Staff and administrators are very nice and friendly. Their food is very good as well!
