My father in law was a patient here and the care was great. The nurses were really helpful and kind. Administration made the process simple and smooth. You really feel like you are at home at this facility. They had a variety of activities for him to participate in. The physical therapists really pushed him and helped him back on his feet. We are very grateful for the care Hemet Valley Healthcare Center provided for him.

I cannot give this place and it's staff enough stars. This is the second facility my wife has been in within a few years. The RN's, LVN's and CNA's are compassionate, kind and genuinely care for their patients. The facility is super clean, comfortable and full of activities. The food is wholesome and plentiful. The chef visits each patient to ask what they like to eat. Who else does that! The PT/OT staff is kind and full of fun exercises to keep patients active and interested. Kevin tells non-stop jokes, Maria is always encouraging and Dexter has a great big smile that you can't help smiling back to. If you have to go to rehab, this is the place I would choose.

I was in this place for 4 weeks for a serverely fractured ankle. Everything was extremely wonderful! The care was exemplarly the food was awesome. I joked with my husband that we were going to come back for meals. I'd go there in a minute if I needed to and definitely send any loved one of mine there and to no other.

This place is unsafe. Don’t send your loved one here, because they will only decline . The nurses have no idea what’s going on with the patients. This is the skilled nursing side of the facility. Nurses are just passing medications and don’t know what there giving their patients. There is only one RN for 46 patients and the RN sometimes don’t get to see all the patients. Please , do not send your family member there. I’m surprised this facility is still open.

My mom was here over a month and a have . She had a fractured hip. Hip wasn't badly injured and would need physical therapy. She had little therapy. Was never taken to bathroom and was told she can just go in her diaper. She was not incontinent. I have a long list of neglected issues with her but the worst was when they discharged her she had horrible BO and her hair was matted as if not com ex or washed for weeks. And after her nurse told me she was walking and ready to go home. She couldn't even stand. A social worker came to the house after we had called. She called 911 to take her to Menifee hospital. To be continued..... .

I would rate them as a zero stars if I could. Due to their lack of care for my father I was forced to sign him out AMA. This facility is a nightmare, and the care my father recived was abusive. Including, being dropped by a nurse in the restroom and not reporting injuries to the family members. Also, not getting him up to help him use the restroom in time, which he was able to do upon admit. Instead they put a diaper on him and let him lay there in a filthy diaper resulting in a horrible red raised and open rash. When my father was admitted he was able to use his walker and take himself to the restroom and back to bed, the only help needed at the time was sitting up and getting him on the side of the bed. When I took him out of this facility, he could no longer walk. PLEASE DO NOT SEND LOVE ONES HERE!!

I believe the level of care is GOOD. The facility is very clean and extremely pleasant to visit. My wife (The Patient) is very pleased as well with her care and the great ambience of the care center. HOWEVER: All that HARD work that the lower level staff members obviously put into this wonderful facility escapes a good review because upper level staff members are no where near as dedicated. PERIOD! My wife (the patient) is laying in a bed, taking up space, using resources. Unnecessarily exposed to viruses. As our visits unnecessarily exposed other patients to viruses. AND she is ready to leave there is no reason for her to be there, with the UNACCEPTABLE EXCEPTION of; The overworked social worker needed a THREE AND A HALF DAY WEEKEND. All the while defrauding the insurance company, while they pay for 3-5 days they should mot have. THAT MAY BE INSURANCE FRAUD IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. What does it say to the hard working people keeping the wonderful facility pleasant for patients and visitors while the ownership and administration adopts a:... "We get paid either way so you get to go home when we're done with our HOLIDAY" kind of attitude and business model. Wow! ALLLLLLLLL RYEEDEEE THEN!!! ....... Training Module - 101A C/S Basics "Customer Service always cascades from the top down. It never pyramids from the bottom up." Hmmmmm?! There's a brain teaser. Let me know when yall figure out what that means. Good luck with it. 🆗

Outstanding care. Needs are addressed and met as soon as you enter. Warm welcoming staff that will greet you not just walk by you as if you aren't there. My mother was transported from Menifee Hospital and needs met immediately. They listen, then do for the patient. Just what is needed in this valley. Thank you.
