I’m a relative of a past resident that stayed in a 100 hall room. This place is awful. The food they have is terrible and not enough portions for anyone. They serve small bowls of soup and crackers most Sundays. There is a woman on that same hall that has a husband who tracks down everyone to demand his wife get care first over other patients. My relative was left hanging out of their bed several times during the week. They just hired a man cna on weekends that is never around when you need him. Most of the time my family was changing my relatives bed and pull up more than the cnas were!! The administrator here is a jerk and so is the cna supervisor!! Half of the nurses don’t care about anything and only do the minimum. Nobody listens to concerns at all in this place. They have dangerous patients mixed in with ones that aren’t so you never know if your family member is going to be hurt by somebody else here. We have since moved my relative to a better and safer facility because this one is just worried about putting people in beds for money.

I did a tour of this place for the intention of sending my mother in law here for rehab and, potentially, long term care. Seemed like everything we wanted for her, but quickly realized that our perception from the sales pitch, only includes, who they “pick”. The case worker called for approval and this facility turned her down. Then, we called and asked why?? We were told that they didn’t have to tell us why. I think this review says it all!

My mom went there for 5 days so I could get a much needed respite and they were all so kind to her. They kept me updated via cellphone and made everything so much easier for her and me. If she ever has to be placed permanently this is the place she will go to hands down. Thank you all for taking great care of my mom.

Can't get nobody to answer the phones on the weekends. I've been up there to visit and all they do is stand around at the nurses station. The meals are not great. Who wants to eat tomato soup every night for dinner or scrambled eggs for dinner. The weekday shift is great but the weekend shift need some work. I know when the cats away the mice will play. I know this place has the money rolling in and they can feed their patients better than what they're doing. Just saying

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. My mom went there for rehab after hip surgery. She caught covid, shared one nurse with all of the other covid patients where they checked vitals once per shift. I had to take a tv to her because the one in her room didn’t work; I had to take a bag of ice because they told her they didn’t have any. They never answered the phones or returned calls. We had to demand that they call an ambulance to take her to the ER when she sounded really bad on the phone to me. Once there, they immediately put her on a ventilator. She called crying every day and night that she was in that miserable place. I really don’t see how they are still in business. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, even if I hated them.

They are a team. They care and want the best outcome for you. They are a group of people that come to work every day with a smile and work with you. I would come back here.
