Heart of the Rockies Regional Pt

Worst experience with a physical therapy center EVER! Arrived for a scheduled appointment after driving 40+ miles in blizzard weather just to be turned away. We have the appointment card given yo us by the therapist so they obviously don't know what they're doing and don't value their client's time.

they have a problem keeping appointments. zero communication, not at all dependable. i learned the hard way. too many supervisors, not enough physical therapists. not worth the aggravation dealing with their personal, secret problems and excuses for not keeping appointments. i need help dealing with severe scoliosis, stenosis, ddd. i don't have the time to figure out their problems, their kids problems, car problems, personal issues as my condition deteriorates, my pain increases. i pay for help but haven't gotten it. i have enough problems without having to be a counselor for someone else.

Aqua therapy and land therapy have been so helpful for pain management Jules and Amy are great I'm mobile and have less pain kudos all the staff are amazing
