I love going to Heart of Gold therapy with Michelle. She is such an incredible understanding of Lymphedema. It’s clear to see her passion to care for others. With her incredible scientific knowledge and the level of compassionate and love, she brings to her work you feel well taking care of when you are being treated. I highly recommend.

It's difficult to overstate the importance of immediate and diligent lymphatic treatment post surgery. My only wish is that I'd been referred to Heart of Gold earlier. The improvement from beginning to end was notable, and I'm convinced that had I started treatment sooner my results would have been even better. The benefits of their treatment have had a lasting impact. Even though Heart of Gold wasn't covered under my insurance plan, it was worth every penny.

I twisted my ankle and after weeks of complaining my husband recommended I reach out to Michelle @ Heart of Gold (he met her at the dog park). Michelle & team immediately diagnosed my ankle issues, and put me on the road to recovery. What I really liked was the collaborative approach - meaning they made sure the exercises and 'program' made sense in my life. The real bonus was that beyond general PT I will be working with Heart of Gold to help me with years of scar tissue post my mastectomy from 2007. I already see/feel improvement after one appointment.
