Tanya and her team at Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy are exceptional physical therapists who truly understand the complexities of pelvic care. They are intelligent, hard-working, and sensitive, making the therapy experience both effective and supportive. I have collaborated with them on several patients and have been consistently impressed by their unique, comprehensive approach, particularly their focus on the mind-body connection. This holistic perspective not only promotes physical well-being but also empowers patients to feel in control of their health. I highly recommend Tanya and her team for anyone seeking top-notch pelvic health care.

I am a recent “graduate” of Tanya Goodrich and I cannot recommend her enough! Being a mom who does CrossFit, powerlifting and running, I wanted to make sure my pelvic floor was going to function and not fail me. I was having issues with my pelvic floor before seeing Tanya. Upon my first evaluation, she gave me an honest opinion of where I was and told me what I needed to do to get to where I wanted to be. My visits with her were always so helpful, and her bright spirit and positive attitude were also very encouraging. It was like seeing a friend each time. I’m in a much better place with my pelvic floor, physically and mentally. I’m also so much more confident now and much more equipped to tackle any issues that will come my way, thanks to Tanya. Again, I highly recommend her for pelvic floor therapy! Get the help you need and do not settle for having a dysfunctional pelvic floor!

Cannot recommend Aly enough! After experiencing significant postpartum pelvic pain while running, I was struggling to find relief. From my very first session, she was so knowledgeable and truly listened to all my concerns. She provided me with tailored exercises and a wealth of advice. She took time to answer all of my questions and offered incredible support and guidance. Going into my second pregnancy I feel more confident given the tools she has provided me with.

Tanya is amazing, I started seeing her while I was pregnant with my second child. Her tips, tricks and treatments helped my body through the pregnancy and really impacted my everyday life especially while working long hours on my feet as a NICU nurse. I truly feel that doing pelvic floor PT helped with making my second delivery easier. The postpartum recovery was so much easier than with my first baby and I really attribute that to seeing her through the pregnancy and remaining active. If you are pregnant or postpartum and questioning whether pelvic floor PT is for you or if you need it, just go to her and she will tailor a plan that works for you and it truly does work for you.

I have been working with Alyson Tisthammer at Healthy Pelvis to strengthen my pelvic floor after a major surgery. She makes you feel comfortable right away, a great listener, patient, positive, very knowledgeable and very skilled. I am making great progress. You will not regret coming to this clinic in Los Altos. The atmosphere in this clinic is so pleasant and nice like a spa.

I really like working with Dr Ally! I started my treatment with her after my c section as I was diagnosed with medium level of diastasis recti by my OB. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, full of patience and provided lots of education/ info to me. I have worked with several PT before and I would rate her as the best! I am definitely going back to her again in the future!

I wish to strongly recommend my experience with Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT and Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy. I've seen changes with incontinence since menopause and needed support to get back to normal. I did not want to miss out on exercise and hiking, I needed help. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I was not sure what to expect. Tanya's detailed explanations and her confident expertise in pelvic health is evident from the thorough assessment to the personalized treatment plan. I was impressed with the quick progress and functional improvements I saw. I'm so much more comfortable now and know what to do if things revert back to my original presentation. Tanya is so compassionate. I have even seen her for some shoulder discomfort and hip flexibility issues beyond pelvic health. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions with patience and understanding. I felt empowered and supported throughout the entire process. Not only did Tanya provide exceptional care during sessions, but she also equipped me with valuable tools and exercises to continue my progress at home. Thanks to her guidance, I've noticed a significant improvement in my pelvic health and overall well-being. If you're seeking a pelvic physical therapist who is knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated to your health journey, look no further than Healthy Pelvis.

I found Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy during a time when there were unknowns about my bladder health, including a working diagnosis of interstitial cystitis. Aly immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and empathy. After a few sessions I was feeling exponentially better both mentally and physically. I am now continuing my progress with the tools Aly gave me. I am so thankful I found this place!!
