Took a week to get my results, I even went to the office for my pap results said they hadn't read them yet, 😕 and that was 5 days after! Also took a urine test to see if I had a UTI , I wanted to know why I was urinating so frequently just told me the test were negative and I didn't have to go back for 3 years, no other explanation no we don't know why let's take a test on that? Also the nurse had no bedside manner, cold ❄️ as ice. If you don't like your job don't work with people.

Though the providers there are amazing they dont stay long which results in unwanted/needed consultations. In this economy its hard enough to afford just my meds/insurance costs. Front staff are improperly trained and my questions are answered with “I don’t know, i just work here” After almost five years of this im finding a new clinic with consistency, competence and professionalism.

Im glad we have this new Healthy Connections clinic! The whole network of doctors, nurses and staff go above and beyond a great job! They really care about you.

Kristin Brown really works to get a diagnosis and a plan of action. She stays on top of treatment and makes you feel like you are important and not just a number

Dr. Brown is great. She listened to me and didn't judge. We got labs done quickly.

horrible..horrible..nurse was so stuck up & serious. it didn't even feel like i was heard or cared about. lab person dropped the glove on the ground & still decided to put it on. very unprofessional.

They got a good doctor there named Kristin Brown and they are really sweet people there

I’ve been cared for by Healthy Connections and Jessica Roper for the past 5+ years. The standard of care is top notch, and they react quickly and efficiently. Love these guys! I’ll continue to recommend them whenever possible.
