The gym looks great however, I had a very unpleasant experience talking to Tiffany, who is in membership sales. I called to inquire about membership types and she was rude, impatient and very unwelcoming. Definitely not the type of experience a potential customer appreciates or wants to deal with.

Horrible customer service. I went in to cancel my membership at the Eastlongmeadow gym and the tall white front desk person thats there around 7 everytime I go was very rude. I was waiting for her to finish her long conversation with another person and while I waited she took care of 4 other people never acknowledging me. I finally said hi i'm here to cancel my membership and she very rudely said im gonna need you to hang up the phone in order to cancel your membership. Quit your job if your not happy cause you definitely should not be at front desk with that nasty attitude.

Michael was very professional, polite, and cordial. It was a pleasure working with him ha ha putting me through my paces. Therapy here will be very beneficial and I will enjoy working with the therapists.

Horrible gym, they should rename the place Healthtrax Daycare with all the 13 year old high school kids who are constantly tickling each other being obnoxious. When the problem was brought to management, they told me I should probably cancel my membership. Also please enjoy the 40+ year old carpets in the locker rooms which are probably capable of transmitting diseases through your shoes.

I have worked with Heather for almost 2 years now and could not be happier. Her positive attitude is better than any preworkout on the market. I have limitations in my workouts due to ankle issues and she had always been extremely cautious/conscious of preventing injuries. If you are looking to get kick started into a new fitness routine, call Heather!

I have been a Longmeadow JCC member since 1994 and swam there almost every day until it closed on November 19, 2022 due to a fire. I hoped JCC would reopen soon, but the newsletter said it will take at least six months, so I drove to JCC in West Hartford. 40 minutes drive is too far for routine daily exercise, luckily I met an old friend who told me to try Healthtrax in East Longmeadow. I am really grateful for this wonderful facility that welcomed JCC members, especially the front desk people: Mike and Tiffany. They're very friendly and cheerful. The pools with different temperatures are amazing, the therapy pool is warm enough for retirees to float around without feeling cold, the spa is great for relaxing after a swim. I'm really very grateful for Healthtrax.

I have been going on and off for years, I like the ability to do some cardio, lift weights, or swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub. This month I am checking out a few of the classes that they have.
