DO NOT fall for the "positive comments" on here. They are fake & written by the staff. Obviously they want "positive reviews" more than negative ones. I DO NOT recommend coming here! The receptionist ladies were the only nice ones. Dr. Riley is a terrible terrible "doctor". I waited longer to be seen (waited 30min) than to be "diagnosed" (which I wasn't) she was out after speaking to me for 2min. From the get go she was extremely rude & didn't seem to care about why I was there. Right away she requested for me to get labs done (which I don't think was really necessary) i did it that same day & I got my results the next day. Usually doctors are supposed to go over your lab results with you, she did not. They called me saying my lab results were ready & I was able to pick them up whenever. I went to go pick them up that same day, my paper work was all torn & mistreated & I was just handed the papers & told to have a good night. I was never told what could possibly be the reason for my on going stomach/abdominal pain. She prescribed medicine for God knows what. I asked what exactly was the medicine for, she did not answer any of my questions. She was more bothered/annoyed me asking them. I did not take the medicine she prescribed. NEVER coming back again. I DO NOT recommend this location to my friends & family or anyone. If you decide to come here, good luck. Hopefully you have a better experience.

Worst health care facility I have ever been to. Had me drive 1 hour and then the doctor did not even have the decency to see me, called me on the phone. Then forgot to call on prescription, I had to physically drive to center since they do not answer the phone, called 10 from the pharmacy and they do not answer, message on phone said they will get back to you within 24 hours. Facility was run down, not very clean, and did not look very sanitary. Will never go back to this clinic again!

This is a terrible place. I waited an hour and a half and I was the only one there when I got there. They took people in before me even though I was there first. The doctor didn’t even see me. My blood pressure was high and oxygen levels were low but I still couldn’t see a doctor. She spoke to me over the phone. She didn’t call my prescriptions in for over 16 hours after I saw her and then didn’t call in a prescription for an inhaler even after being told my cough was in my chest, I had wheezing and I’m a smoker. Doctors are supposed to do no harm but she did harm to me by making me wait! I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the medical board of California.

I was able to make two appointments for myself and my daughter. Appointments were for 4:20 and 4:30pm. I got out at 6:30pm not a problem. I expect to wait this amount of time however where they lack quality of care is when they dont send your medication to the pharmacy right away. It is now 9:08pm and their office closed at 8pm however I even went back to the office before they closed after I had left to ask when meds were going to be sent. They promised before they left they would send but they said pharmacy closed at 9pm. I said no problem send it to 24 hour pharmacy so there wouldnt be any excuses and they said ok. Here I am with a bad infection and my daughter is sick too and they didnt bother to send it. Never will I go back and I will also report them. Whats the point of going to urgent care if they are not even going to send over your medications to the pharmacy until the next day. I dont even have words for that. Unbelievable, these people dont understand they are playing with people's health. Something needs to be done so clinics like this can't stay in business and provide anything less then quality healthcare. I dont understand every 6 months they call me to tell me they have new services. They obviously dont have enough patients during the year and they expect to stay in business with these unethical practices.

this place is horrible. made a phone appointment yesterday at 4:00 took my co pay of $20. never called me for the appointment waited all day the next day and still no call. they will take your co pay for them not to even have the patient to be seen. this place has horrible staff and the doctor sucks! they keep ur money even if you don’t get seen.

I highly recommend. My children and I have been going to Dr Riley for years. She’s always listens to my concerns and treats my children and I accurately. Phone appointments may take a little longer due to patients in office being seen first and they communicate that with you. My children love dr Riley. Brook and Jimmie the staff alway go above and beyond to make our visit go smoothly and are great on communication and any concerns. This is the ONLY urgent care my children and I will go to out here.

I like how fast and easy it was checking in.I love the environment the positive and super helpful! I like how the staff was welcoming !the doctor was really really helpful , answered all of our questions.

Had a great experience, at this urgent care. Nurse Brooke was so kind and patient with my kids. She went above and beyond and provided exceptional care.
