They will explain everything so that you can understand why you need to do the exercises and how to do them correctly. An added bonus they provide is dry needling that has helped my shoulder tremendously.
From the front desk to the back staff they are all awesome!! You’re ALWAYS treated with kindness and the atmosphere is friendly. It’s a great place for healing.
