HealthQuest Physical Therapy – Ferndale

I came to this Health Quest location after knee surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a warm and inclusive atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I love that this clinic is both queer and female-owned—it’s clear that the Kelly and staff prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone. The flexibility in scheduling was a huge relief, as they worked around my (often frustratingly inconsistent) availability with ease. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to develop a personalized physical therapy plan tailored to my specific needs. Everyone I worked with was patient, attentive, and made sure I understood every step of the process. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my entire recovery journey. If you're looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect, kindness, and expert care, I highly recommend Kelly and her staff!

After 9 sessions with Michael, along with Kelly, Maddy, Isaiah, Blake and Alexa— and daily home exercises on the app— my hip pain is gone! I have learned so much about focusing on my glutes to do the work! I was able to walk 15,000 steps a day and do steep hikes on a recent trip to Nova Scotia. Health Quest is a very personable and caring environment to get your Physical Therapy needs met!! Staff is excellent and very well trained in all aspects of PT!! Individualized care planning and an hour of exercise and training to meet your needs!! Every time I went in for therapy I had different needs and they were able to meet my needs and take care of my issues!! They listen to you!! I recommend Health Quest for PT!! I could barely walk when I started seeing Kelly and Maddy. They were so helpful and genuinely invested in my recovery. I have been pain free for weeks now and it is all thanks to them. Highly, highly recommend!

From the time they called to schedule my first visit until today (my last visit 🥹) I have been very impressed, not to mention fully satisfied with the care that I received! Kelly and her staff are the real deal. Knowledgeable, caring, welcoming, and they have created an environment in which you can't wait to get there because you know you will receive the tools and the treatments for your body to heal!! Of course you have to be a willing participant (homework)!! Customer service is extremely important to me and they check all the boxes and then some. Always welcomed with a smile, listening ear, friendly banter and a watchful eye, to make sure your form is correct and you don't short change yourself in reps 😉! At one point I was very frustrated with my progress, or lack there of, and Kelly reminded me to be patient! So, we switched up a few things and got a lil more aggressive with certain therapies and in time I turned a corner. I'm finally able to get back to my workouts and just daily activities without excruciating pain or any at all! Easy location to get to in Ferndale, with accessible free parking and worked out well with my schedule. I could go on and on... Highly recommend if you should find yourself in need! Kelly & team are incredible, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received both pre and post knee surgery. Kelly and Maddy took the time to not only listen to my issues but tailored a treatment plan to accomplish MY specific goals. Knowing that getting back to high impact activity was a top priority for me, they created a plan to help ease me back into what activity was like before my injury. I cannot recommend them enough!

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, empathy, and a genuine desire from the staff to help me feel better. I came to this location as a result of a mixup at another HealthQuest site. The front desk staff was so very accommodating I knew this was the place I should be! Everyone - the actual therapist to the exercise specialist - listened and physically evaluate where you were, what needed to be done, and they explained as they went along. I did/do recommend this site to anyone who needs physical therapy. Don’t let the size of the location fool you. They are very well equipped, very professional and on top of all of that, their concern for each individual shows. Thanks Kelly and staff!
