We did not enjoy having our little one go through here for multiple reasons. This is giving them the benefit of the doubt many times. The first speech therapist left to fill another position in their other location just after we starting seeing some progress. It happens, but they could have had a better plan than to just let the kids go through rotating therapists (they apparently had no available therapists). Consistency was crucial, but they failed to deliver that. We waited two months and received zero communication for consistent specialist. This leads to their second issue - their lack of communication. It's non existent unless you keep pressing them. The last session we had was that their psychologist would reach out, and provide a future plan. It's been months now and it was all just blowing smoke. Third issue is that because we had PPO insurance (blue cross blue shield), they would not bill themselves. I understand that it's not in-network but they made it annoyingly difficult to provide receipts so we couldn't file claims timely. It's very difficult for anyone to pay out of pocket for every session, and hope that they provide these receipts. Furthermore, they didn't take our secondary insurance through the Veterans Affairs (not military friendly?) Overall, I would not take my child here again, and not recommend it for other families as well. No consistency in getting proper therapy for our child and getting fundamental customer service felt like pulling teeth.

My son loves K.I.D.S. Therapy! As soon as we walk in he is greeted by name. He loves Ms. Carolyn, she makes the occupational therapy session fun and highly motivating. My 3 year-old could not feed himself. With Ms. Carolyn’s activities can now use a fork! He is always excited to attend physical therapy with Ms. Brianna. She makes fun obstacle courses that involves puzzles. His core strength has improved, helping his balance and now he is safer and falls less frequently. This place is so magical, I’m trying to switch his speech therapy to K.I.D.S.

Maas. Laureen is a lifesaver for my 15 month old!! He has a tongue tie which my pediatrician originally told me (when he was 2-3 months old) didn’t need a revision. Fast forward to 12 months old… the pediatrician sent us to K.I.D.S. Therapy for a consultation. Ms Laureen has been working with him for a few months now and he has made major strides in Feeding Therapy and the foods he’s eating now vs. when we began here. He went from bottle feeding to a soppy cup with straw almost overnight. He was also seen by Ms Breanna for a physical therapy consultation and she was also so kind, gentle and knowledgeable. From the staff at the front office, to the staff behind the scenes…. I absolutely recommend this office for all the kiddos who are needing food, physical, speech therapies and/or a clinical psychologist! Everyone is amazing and so caring and passionate about their work! Can’t thank y’all enough!!

My daughter and I had a great initial Assessment here. Ms Cristina made my daughter feel safe and respected. She can’t wait to start OT sessions with her.

We love K.I.D.S therapy. They have lots of materials/equipment and resources for my son. I highly recommend Ms.Carolyn for OT. She is so patient and very helpful. 🙂

My daughter has been getting occupational therapy services at HealthPro Pediatrics (formerly KIDS Therapy) for about a year and a half now. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this group and about Mrs. Laureen Franklin! Mrs. Laureen is incredibly patient, positive, and helpful. She does an amazing job of interacting with my daughter, pushing her to try new things, and giving both my daughter and me the tools that we need to help her be successful. She has provided me with abundant resources to set us up for success at home, and has equipped me with a wealth of information as my husband and I learn how to navigate my daughter’s needs. We would be so lost without Mrs. Laureen! Huge thanks to everyone at KIDS Therapy for all of the hard work and love that they pour into our kids. ❤️

My child who is impacted by autism has received services here for 3.5 years. They have always provided exceptional care (our wonderful therapist is Carolyn), and I have always had a good experience with their administration side as well. I recommend to everyone!

We love Kids therapy in RB! Their OT, PT and SLP do an excellent job engaging our son in a fun way doing work that he often resists! We’ve seen so much progress! The staff that check us in are also very welcoming.
