Our family absolutely loves milestone!!! We have been with milestone for almost 3 years starting when my son transitioned out of early intervention. They have helped us through so many challenges and always met them with positive solutions! My kiddo has made leaps of progress working with their therapists. As a parent I also feel heard and listened too and understood. That is huge for me, having a child with special needs has been terrifying and I feel so much stronger now thanks to the help of the therapists here. We regularly see Kylie, Julie, and Kristin but used to see Stacey and Jessica before we moved locations. We’ve also seen some of the other therapists for make up sessions and everyone has been amazing every time! Everyone here is super on top of communication and making sure they find the right fit! :)

We absolutely love Milestone Pediatrics. Our daughter is 3 1/2 with special needs. She receives P.T., O.T., Feeding, and ABA Therapy there and we couldn't be happier. The entire staff, from the front office to all of the therapists, are so welcoming, professional and compassionate. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure our daughter's needs are met. They are so supportive to, not just our daughter, but our family, too. We've had therapists drive a half hour away just to meet with us to pick up special equipment for our daughter and ensure it was fit properly. We have an upcoming IEP review meeting which some of the therapists will be attending. We feel so fortunate to have a place where all of her care is under one roof and also offers hybrid options for ABA Therapy (in-home and in-center). Milestone Pediatrics truly feels like family and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Our son has been going to Milestone for about three years now for speech and OT. He loves Jodi and Julie! He made tremendous progress in communication regulating his body. The therapists are truly caring and listen to concerns. We’ve had some really tough behavior issues but both Julie and Jodi were extremely patient. I also love the improvements they have made to their waiting area. While it’s small, family’s are much more comfortable. Only minor complaint I have is their cancellation policy. If you cancel a session the day of, they charge you 75.00. While I understand cancellations impact business, parents don’t know their kid will be sick tomorrow and this may incentivize parents to bring in their sick kids. It’s stressful enough having a sick kid.

We have been with Health Pro for a year and love them. my kids are both seen for OT, and my son is seen for speech. We have seen a huge improvement in behavior, speech, and sensory sensitivities. I would recommend this place to anyone. their staff is always been so friendly & knowledgeable.

I truly cannot say enough on how wonderful Milestone is! We were referred here almost 2 years ago when we were starting the journey to receiving an ASD evaluation for one of my twin sons and have nothing but respect for everybody we've interacted with along the way! From the first moment we started with Milestone we were greeted with compassion and understanding as parents, and our son was (and still is) treated with kindness and an appreciation for just being who he is - which I consider one of the biggest reasons for his success in OT, Speech and PT as well as "in the normal world". We love Stacey, Julian and Kylie for all the support and growth they've helped him achieve! We also started his twin brother here with Vanessa doing OT after we expressed the desire to help him in a few areas and it has been amazing. Both of our boys have gained so much knowledge, support and control of their lives with the help of Milestone and I honestly couldn't be more thankful that we were able to find this practice (and everybody who helps make it whole!)

My oldest son has received occupational therapy services with Ali Taylor at Milestone for a little over a year now and I’m so grateful for all that they have done to empower and support him. He’s also attended some of their group classes and has had a blast. Every therapist greets him by name and makes us all feel welcomed. There’s such a sense of community between the staff and families. I’m forever grateful for everything they have done for my son and for us as his family to learn how to best support him. He feels confident and has learned to advocate for himself and his needs and I cannot thank Milestone enough. OT has truly been life changing and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to work with them.

Our OT Julie is wonderful. Our daughter has been going to Milestone for a few months now for Food Therapy and not only has Julie been able to encourage our daughter to try new foods and look at food differently, but she looks at her beyond her feeding. She works with her on how her body feels, what her body needs and ways to regulate her emotions. They sometimes run around in the gym, or do some swinging, whatever it is she needs at that moment. We have also been given many tools to utilize at home, which has been extremely helpful. It has been a very positive and supportive experience for our daughter, and she looks forward to her session every week! I would highly recommend this group.

Our son has been going to Milestone Pediatric Therapy Services for almost a year to help strengthen his handwriting skills. He enjoys visiting Julie as she has built a fun and trustworthy learning environment for him to develop and work on handwriting. He has made tremendous progress and growth in his handwriting development. However, he still needs the extra support, and Julie has adapted to this progression and can convey the targeted focus areas each week. Overall, we are pleased with the positive and engaging environment that allows our son to learn and develop handwriting skills. I also love that we can do remote sessions if needed, which has been very helpful during COVID.
