Healthpointe Temecula

I have been very satisfied with all areas of my care. I have been in a lot of pain and the entire staff are so caring and considerate. They have very professional staff and doctors. I would highly recommend anyone to contact them for any health concerns. I especially appreciate the fact that I can also receive my X-rays as well as my physical therapy here as well. I am a new Patient at the Health point location in Temecula. The check in process was nice and easy since I already had the new patient packet filled out Prior which helped. I was seen by Dr. Hui and he was very helpful and listened to my issues and had a plan that worked for me. The staff were all very nice and professional. I will be seeing Dr. Hui again. It’s always good to find a Dr that works with you. Especially with all the choices out there and some Dr’s I feel just try to see as many patients as they can and do not really listen to your issues not Dr Hui he was great reason for making another appointment.

Nayer Ragheb, P.T. conducted my initial assessment with professionalism, making me feel comfortable from the start. Daisy's kindness and helpfulness are remarkable, always assisting with a smile. Jonell Johnson, my PTA, is extraordinary; her compassionate and precise approach has significantly boosted my confidence in managing my mobility. I am thankful for the supportive and team-oriented environment at Healthpointe and look forward to continued progress.

Yes, this is the second time that I had to wait over an hour for a doctor and I get the feeling that I’m not the only one although I may be the only one complaining about it and actually walking out so they will get the point but they’re Lack of bad planning it’s not our problem as we have things to do. When we’re late we get charged for it when they’re late we have to wait, that’s not right.

This facility was a lot nicer than the other ones and I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Culver was excellent at explaining what was going on and our game plan to get me back on my feet.

I’ve waited 6 weeks for a procedure to be approved by my adjuster and the doctor/office never submitted the request. Already had to cancel one appointment because it wasn’t submitted. Not to mention all the pain and the swollen knee I had to endure.

The first time I had to go to Healthpoint, I had to wait an hour and a half for an appointment. The second time I went to Healthpoint I had to wait a half an hour for an appointment. The third time I went to Healthpoint my advocate got so tired of waiting that she got mad and canceled the appointment. While I was waiting for my appointment with Dr. Morales, I heard the receptionist telling other people coming to see other doctors that they would have to wait for at least an hour and a half. Hope you never have to go to Healthpoint.

This place is so clean. Staff goes overboard for whatever your needs are. Check in is so easy. Great doctors. I give it a 10++
