I love love love this office in north long Beach. The staff is always pleasant and friendly very helpful too. I love Dr. Nick he's the best I highly recommend them for all services pertaining to any issues that they can assist you with. Great job everyone and you all are to be commended on a job well done 👏.

Absolutely the most unprofessional staff! Totally disorganized. Every time I spoke to someone over the phone about anything, even an appointment, no one knew who you were. I had to report my story to each person. And, if I called, forget it! That was an hour!!! No one could connect the dots!! I called the Primary doctor Speedy Gonzalez! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HEALTHPOINTE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO GET BETTER!!

Worst place to go to. I’d rather have pain than to make pain better here . Customer service isn't pleasant. Not welcoming at all and no sense of urgency. On the first day i walked inside the office , i was standing in front of the front desk for 10 minutes while the rep was on the phone. That didn’t bother me , clearly she was busy, it was the fact that the other 3 reps sitting behind her didn't tell me i was suppose to sign in & they ignored i was standing there waiting to get helped . At the end of waiting 10 minutes , it wasn’t just me waiting , there were 3 more people standing behind me . It was suggested to arrive 1 hr prior to appointment . I had my appointment scheduled at 3:15, i arrived at 2 and didn’t get seen until 4:15 .

Thus place is really good I've been working with Ben on my physical therapy and he is helpful and communicative. Explains how to do exercises also the front desk Layla is super helpful from when I arrive she tells ben I ha e ar4ived or let's me know I can start my PT and helps me setting up my appointments. Health pointe Long is really good place while recovering on workers comp.

Everytime I have an appointment I have a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff. The only bad thing is the 40.00 copay. Which I gladly pay. Look forward to my next appointment next month. Keep up the good work.

Bad review for front desk. When I entered there, at least three people at the front desk but none of them greeted with me. I said to say hello and introduced myself. I had spent over one hour to pre check in over the phone but was told to do another 10 pages forms in the office. I met the doctor and left. But my mom feels uncomfortable and need meet with the doctor again. When I finally talked with them after 6 attempts of calls, I was told there are something wrong with our form and we had to go back in person to provide the info otherwise we won’t be able see the doctor. I asked them why they did not call me until I called them. They said they called but I did not get any missed calls or voice messages. The front desks are so unprofessional. Very impolite. Unbelievable

Staff courteous, informative & handled scheduling promptly. Dr. Courteous & listen to your concerns. Overall a very pleasant visit.
