The La Mirada location runs behind with Neuro and by hours, that’s not a typo. First visit almost three hours, second visit almost 1.5 hour. When I arrived at my latest appointment it wasn’t until I asked, I was told the doctor was an hour late. I wasn’t told the other times either. They don’t seem to value patients time. The front office girls were nice and let me wait in my car. But no calls were made to let me know he was an hour behind again, I was called to go in the room only to wait another almost 35 min. When the doctor arrived he was frazzled and didn’t know anything going on with me though a nurse asked many questions; said things like, X is not approved, it was. He did this multiple times and within five minutes was done. I hate going there. The team members are kind, but the operations side is one of the worst I’ve experienced. If you have a choice go somewhere else or plan to wait for many hours. Lastly, they need to clean the rooms, there’s visible cobwebs and dust in the rooms (see picture). The one star is for the staff as they are all kind, but there’s some serious inefficiencies occurring and the manager if there is one needs serious mentoring, someone has failed this team. They need a regional Manager or other operational Help.

I am writing to the review to draw attention to the challenges I encountered in my appointment and while trying to schedule my follow-up appointment. While I appreciate the work doctors do, I have had trouble with the time management at the clinic. My initial appointment was at 10:00, however, despite arriving early by 9.30, my appointment was not completed until 11:45. I was then asked to wait to schedule my follow-up, but I had to leave due to the delay. The next day, I called to schedule my follow-up appointment. After a long wait, someone came on the phone, but for the first 10 minutes, they were unable to locate my record. When it finally appeared, even after waiting for an additional 40 minutes on the call, they were still unable to schedule the appointment. They said the doctor was busy and they needed to work with the clinic but refused to call me back after finding an appointment. After 50 minutes on the call, I had to disconnect. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration and steps can be taken to improve the time management and appointment scheduling process at the clinic

It is a good feeling knowing that at least the medical professionals @ Healthpointe are treating me with dignity and respect, not like they're counterparts. So far they've listened and seem to have better understanding of patients and they're need's. However the receptionist, in my opinion should learn from the medical staff. It doesn't hurt to smile and be cordial to people in pain, and or if older age.😊🙃😊

Dr Paul Anile was wonderful! Very informative, thorough and genuine. Seemed to care about what was going on and being proactive in wanting to help me feel better. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I wasn’t there waiting for to long.

Dr. Farias is excellent. Very caring, thorough and knowledgeable, not just in neurology. My case overall is a bit complex, but he knows how all my issues interlap. And he isn't looking to take over other specialists, rather he's working well with them! The office is pretty well-run, people are very helpful and considerate.

Today was much better, less wait time! Got into physical therapy and was treated like family. I loved it. Physical Therapy went well, the d Doctor kept it light and on task.phtsical therapy was good today. Each exercise is starting to get easier. Electrostem helps with the ice pack! Today was a whole different story, wait, wait, and wait some more. Was a bad day!

Dr. Nick is awesome. I’ve been seeing him for a work related injury for a few years. He never hesitates and acknowledges your concerns.
