Healthpointe Irwindale

I have been treated very well at Healhpointe, lately! I was at the Irwindale location today getting a check up and labs for an upcoming medical procedure. I appreciate the care and consideration I was treated with.

I had a very unpleasant experience with HealthPoint in irwindale. I had an appointment scheduled at 2:30 p.m. . I arrived at 1:45 p.m. as a courtesy so I can be seen right on time or so I thought. The people in the front desk were good and so were the assistance in the back area. The problem I have is with Dr Perez. So I was called up and they put me in a waiting room in the back. I was there for 30 minutes waiting to be seen after my schedule meeting so I came out and I asked if I was going to be seen anytime soon because I had to be at a wedding at 5:30 p.m. so I scheduled at 2:30 p.m. so I have time to go home and get ready. The assistant told me that I was going to be next so I said okay. So I waited another 20 minutes and came out of the room again because now it's a a total of 50 minutes of waiting after my scheduled appointment.i was frustrated because I told the assistance that the reason I scheduled an appointment or why people schedule an appointment because i have things to do and I allotted at this time specifically for the doctor's appointment. Dr Perez then came out and said that I don't have to wait I can reschedule if I like. She was very dismissive and unprofessional in the way she said it and her tone was very demeaning. I felt like I was just a number I'm just another patient and they don't really care about patients and to disregard a patient is very unprofessional. Unethical. So I told her since you're out here can you please tell me how much longer before I be seen because I really have to go. She would not give me an answer. So after our discussion I went to the front desk and just decided to miss my brother's wedding and be seen but then the doctor refused to see me. And I had to rescheduled anyways. Again doctor Perez is a very unprofessional. What is the point of scheduling an appointment and being on time if they're going to make you wait close to an hour or more before you're actually seeing. That is not right. I don't think any office should be double booking patients and forcing them to wait.

Doctor office staff are very helpful. Dr. Gao is very professional and kind doctor. He listened to everything I told him and tried his very best to help me get better. Well I have seen a lot of doctor from Healthpointe and all of them are trying their best to make me feel better. Thank you Dr. Gao, Dr. Serrato, Dr. Ho, Dr. Starley and Dr. Yuan and all the staff from Healthpointe appreciate your help and support. Hope that I will get better soon with all your help and support.

Being injured at work is already hard enough, worrying about expenses, suffering anxiety and having to fill out forms online or person. How does a place that supposed to at least provide some support, have a doctor on vacation whos signature is needed to be able to process a claim that I need to be able to have some financial stability through disability. Am I supposed to do postpone my bills until he comes back. Does Doctor Yaun not have a plan in mind, I'm glad he has a vacation he has a right but I have a right to get the help I need.

Arrived 10 mins late and Dr. Saeed would not see me mind you he rescheduled me and I waited an additional 3 months to see him because of a “scheduling” issue. Took me forever to get the initial follow up appointment he could have been understanding knowing that he already rescheduled me 3months out. Things happen and 10mins is reasonable but with all due respect 3months isn’t.

This doctors office is by far the worst ever. With or with out appointments they take hours to see you. Every doctor visit with an appointment takes over 1hr of wait in the small lobby. If you’re able to choose where to attend go else where trust me if I could give it a zero (0) star rate I would.

Professional. Clean. I came for an orthopedic consultation. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends and family.

I was referred to HealthPointe by my lawyer , I started with only 6 sessions and due to my injury we had to add more sessions . The HealthPointe staff is friendly, they remind you of your appointments by txt or phone call . I’m the beginning getting started is scary and overwhelming but as long as you’re honest and you let your doctors know exactly how you feel they take care of you and help you get the help you need . The doctor I was assigned to was Dr. Hunter . His a doctor that sets a plan for you , he definitely ask questions. Dr. Hunter is a true professional, his been in his industry for 25 years . I came along way , my pain level was extreme and session by session I felt the improvement. Danny was also extremely dedicated and professional his the right hand to Dr. Hunter , they both make a great team .
