The staff is very nice and caring. Every question was answered with professionalism and knowledge. My surgeon Dr Fritz took the time to explain my surgery and what to expect. Every appointment was on time with little to no wait time. I look forward to recovering with their help.

Paperwork was pretty lengthy, but I was seen on time. The doctor was extremely helpful and explained my planned treatment very thoroughly. All the staff were very friendly and appeared to enjoy their jobs.

My wait wait maybe 5 minutes and physician I saw made me feel at ease. Overall it was one of the best doctors appointment I've ever had. The staff were so friendly.

I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing care I received from Dr. Alejandro Farias and staff at Healthpointe-Colton for my work comp injury. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with compassion and professionalism. Dr. Farias took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken cared of throughout my visit. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, although I was a bit early, also to point out the office was clean and organized. Thank you to the expert care that I received at Health pointe - Colton, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of work comp treatment. Thank you again to Dr. Farias and the staff for all your hard work and dedication to your patients. Five stars all around!

Called about back pain and to get rescheduled for physical therapy … nearest appointment wasn’t until August 7 we were in the end of June … had to call attorneys for them to “squeeze me in” Wednesday and were adamant about me showing up on time for 4:45 appointment. Only to be greeted with a packed waiting room. Sure I’m gracious to be able to be accommodated for the day and time but there needs to be better scheduling and time management for parients to wait hours even with an appointment time. After an hour I was finally escorted to the back to wait in a room with NO AC, luckily after 10 minutes I was transferred to a separate room with AC and told not much longer … after another 10 minutes I was AGAIN transferred to another room and was given apologies for the wait and was told “just a little longer” - - one of the nurses conversations were overheard about them also saying to her coworkers “don’t you guys ever have patients that you were like …. If you weren’t married …” utterly disgusting… if not for respect of patients time even worse to overhear unprofessional conversation violating HIPPA. Horrible.

I love how, I forgot her name but she is Dr assistant name starts with a M.. gave me hands-on today.The receptionist at the front desk is very terrible and disrespectful.. from the second she walked in terrible attitude, mean look and main important thing being disrespectful to Doctor Jeff in front of patience.

The place is small and crowded. The Drs are kind and patient. The medical assistants are helpful and friendly. The equipment is protected. Their availability is accommodating. The patient traffic is busy. There is adequate parking. The various exercise they offer is helpful. 2X a week feels sufficient for my situation.

Alma Montoya is the office manager at Colton Ca. She is a super helpful answering questions and her and Anna P check out assistant are so nice and helpful at every visit. They both go above and beyond for me.
