Healthpointe Anaheim

I have a rare form of muscular dystrophy and it is difficult to find doctors and providers that understand this and are compassionate enough to help me with my condition. I have been suffering (and frankly worried) with the progression of my condition for years, and it has been incredibly difficult to find Doctors to help. I have had very bad luck since my diagnosis a few years back & this is why I’m incredibly grateful to have found Dr Starley at Healthpointe a few months ago. This experience has been a ray of sunshine after a bleak few years of suffering some serious pain while feeling very alone and truly needing a Doctor who understood my condition, but not finding them. Until now, and bless these folks. I would highly recommend seeing these healthcare providers if you find yourself in need.

I had a 9:30am appt. I was told to come in 1 hour early to fill out paperwork and I did. I didn’t see the doctor till 10:25am. We talked for 10 mins and the appt was done. I live in Victorville area so I came down the night before and got a hotel room because that early in the morning the traffic would’ve been horrendous. I’m paying for a service and I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for an appt. I think it’s disrespectful of my time when I’m not getting paid. The doctor was nice but I spent a lot of money to be there on time. I shouldn’t have to wait that long.

I went for a regular check up spend one hour in the waiting room and one hour 20 minutes in the room that’s a total of 2 hrs 20min. The dr only spend 5 minutes in the room with me. I was mad and confronted them and they simply said “do you want to reschedule?” I said no and she said it will be 20 more minutes sorry…

Very satisfied with the results I feel a lot better. The doctor was very good on his evaluation of my situation and I recommend going back to him again in the near future.

Healthpointe Anaheim facility is clean, lots of parking space and most importantly the staff are very professional. Whenever I call, I get a return call response the same day. Dr. Farias is definitely what made this place a five stars. He is attentive, great listener and focused in treatment of my current symptoms.

I love my experience here. The front office girl always greets with a smile and is very helpful. My acupuncturist is very attentive and friendly.

Again to the medical staff, thank you. Here @ Healthpointe, Anaheim I'm treated as a human being, and they take the time to listen to your explanation and address the problem in a sound professional manner, unlike the previous medical group. What seemed so obvious to diagnose by the Healthpointe Doctors, was so blatantly ignored by the previous medical group. What a huge difference in diagnosing and treatment Thank you very much

Friendly staff and the facility was clean. Wait time was good as well. Parking is only an issue if you enter the wrong way which I noticed several people, including myself, did.
