HealthPoint - Navasota

Been a patient here since the Medical Center closed. I've seen Dr. Conway once for about 5 minutes. My husband and I constantly have problems with Health Point sending our prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. Not just the wrong location, but they just sent mine to CVS when I told them Walgreens twice. When I tried to call to get it fixed at 12:02 today, I got the after hours service who couldn't do anything about it. They also spammed my phone to get me to set up a mammogram appointment, and when I reminded them that I don't get those through them, they started sending me paperwork to see my OB/Gyn records. TL;DR they're intrusive, prone to clericalerrors, and the physician has only spent 5 minutes taking to me after ~2 years.

Beautiful staff! With very positive vibes! They addressed all of my issues and were very efficient! I love Sierra Rogers!

Worst service, providers like sierra rogers shouldn’t be working in healthcare if they don’t like their job. I wasn’t feeling good at all and she refused to check my sugar & to check me just because “I looked good” on my way home I almost fainted. Please don’t waste your time and choose another provider.

I was told about the doctor and Staff There and just what I was told is what I experienced. They are wonderful. Team work make the dream work keep it up

I was given a prescription benadryl. For anxiety. Very unhappy that I've wasted my time energy and money. After many attempts to express my need for medication. Nothing. Save your money.

This clinic is absolutely terrible. The front office staff is rude, inconsistent, and inconsiderate of peoples time. There are hundreds of health offices out there, pick one of those. Don’t waste your time here.

They are cheerful get to business fast and answer any questions I have. Thank you.
