Professional demeanor, but good experiences stop there. Long wait times past scheduled time. Ive been asked by one nurse to come in for a follow-up, only to be told "Im not sure why you were asked to come in" by another. I was still billed for it. I have been scheduled three appointments to see different nurses about the same issue. While I understand medical issues can be complex, the nurses here have only offered the same tests/labs that provide no answers. One of the above-mentioned labs needed to be completed by an NP, and when I arrived I was told it couldnt be done because there was no nurse practitioner in.

This is an excellent facility with caring & professional staff! The phlebotomist, Christina, was friendly and cheerful & drawing blood never felt so painless and easy. Dr Sean McEvoy listens to you and gives informed and helpful input! I highly recommend Health on University 👏🙏

Phenomenal customers service. I was a little nervous because of the other reviews. But I had a wonderful experience. They were all friendly from the front desk staff to the nurse practitioner to the lab staff. I will definitely be back for my check ups at that location.

El Rio Medical shares this location and was very pleased with the doctor and service received. Also right in front of the tram line, so no need for car. Excellent!

Worst doctor ive ever had. Cant get a scrip right,..then send the wrong script to various pharmacies about tucson. How about ONE?? and dont ever try to call. Because they aint about to answer. You have to discuss everything with the joke clerical staff and recieve bewildered stares until some mystery doctor behind the curtain blesses you with 45 seconds of thier time. I hate this place

I wish I had something good to say about this location. But I don’t unfortunately all the nurses from this location are racist so if you’re Hispanic or Mexican I wouldn’t suggest for you to go to this location. If they don’t want you there they will make sure you don’t come back by inflicting pain or insulting you.

Was never even seen by the doctor. Was told to reschedule for the next week for something I was already there for. Absolutely nothing was done for my pain or what I needed. Worst office I’ve ever been to. So unprofessional
