Healthlink Physical Therapy - Southwest

Every therapist at this location is very thorough and helpful with their therapy technique. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing therapy. I have returned three times after three different surgeries, And, I will return again if needed. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Finished 6 weeks of therapy, even though I'm still not 100%, I'm getting there. This is a great group of Ladies working here. Very knowledgeable, you have to want to push yourself. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, if you want a good place on the Southside for therapy this is it.

Everyone was so friendly at Healthlink. I want to thank Sabrina, Sophia and especially Isabel. They were respectful to everyone visiting there. Although I had to cut my treatments early, they taught me some very good exercises that I can do at home. Thank you ladies Great job

I love my Healthlink facility, it's clean and comfortable. A little cold but the staff are very friendly and do all they can to make sure that all goes well. I especially love my therapist she takes the time to explain why she is doing what she does. I feel like she really cares about me getting better. Good job!

I've been coming to this location for a couple of days during our current COVID19 pandemic for a knee surgery. The staff seem to take the necessary measures to minimize or prevent the patients from getting exposed to COVID19. Cynthia at the front desk is friendly and it's hard to tell if she is smiling because of the facemask but one feels her warmth and pleasantness. She is helpful and seems to be quite proficient with her current position. Adam is my main therapist. He pushes me to get better in each physical therapy session without risking further injuries. It is a great place to be treated and I highly recommend it.

Kaitlyn Carr was the best therapist for my problem . My dr had been after me to do therapy, I finally gave in . She helped me with my problem to the point if I start hurting I know what to do to alleviate the pain. She was compassionate, understanding. I am 75 % better than I was 3 years ago.

I have to say that this latest series of sessions have produced some excellent results from a recent complete shoulder replacement. I mention recent because prior to surgery this year and pre-covid, Dr. Jaime Lynch recommended I go to your facility to seek relief. The staff on both occasions preformed very professionally. Adam and his assistants made sure the steps to my improvement were systematic and gauged to my limitations. Felt comfortable and well taken care of.. Keep up the good work!! R.A.D.

I got the best Works from my therapist Kaitlyn Carr. I think thst i never would be this happy with the service and the treatment and also the chanhe thst i noticed happened in 2 days. Thank you very much. Excellent service and i like my therapist so much. Thank you.
