Healthlink Physical Therapy - Downtown

I had a trimalleolar fracture surgery in my left ankle and was referred to this location. At first I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time to go to physical therapy, but the physical therapists here make every visitation welcoming. I actually enjoyed going to every session and learning new techniques on how to improve my range of motion of my left ankle. Of course starting the first few sessions I felt as if nothing was going to improve but the physical therapists were consistently encouraging with helpful advice on how to strengthen my ankle and how to get back to walking like normal again. In time I will be fully better I just have to continue working in increasing my ankle mobility. I am very grateful for the support and hospitable service here. I also want to thank Andrea, Rose, Brianna, Joshua, Robert and receptionist Rosie for helping with my improvement. I highly recommend anyone to this location to receive the best service. If you park in the garage here, you can take your ticket in to get validated, and if you park in the garage the entrance to the physical therapy is right on the first floor, I’m showing the parking across the street, it seems available to park anywhere there for free, they also mentioned that it’s safe, go in and simply sign in, they will give you paperwork if your new, do an assessment, friendly and patient staff which is a plus if you are already feeling frustrated

Easy, free validated garage parking. Expert Physical Therapists, especially Ro (Roseanna). They work you hard but help you understand which exercises help develop which body part. Easy to follow "homework" exercise sheets to help you keep up the good work.

I had 20 physical therapy sessions at this clinic. All of my experiences were positive and the outcome of my therapy was as predicted. Everyone was professional and friendly. The therapists listen to concerns and respond with informed decisions. Highly recommend their services. Plus, free covered parking!

The fantastic team at Baptist Healthlink Downtown aided my physical recovery greatly! The staff is knowledgeable, technical, compassionate and reliable. The location was convenient and they offered validated parking. Would highly recommend to others in need of physical therapy.

I just finished my treatment and I have so much to say. Everyone is super friendly from Rosie up front (she was great when it came to any of my scheduling issues) to all the therapist in the back. I had the pleasure of working with different therapist and all them educated me, took care of my back issues, and was patient with me. I am not 100% but I am so much better then I was. However, what really was amazing is how well everyone works together, how they helped each other out and looked out for each other when needed and how they work great with their patients. I always felt welcomed and I am going to miss everyone. Stay safe and amazing!!

I have attended physical therapy at Health link PT downtown for several issues including cardiac awareness and balance. My latest experience with Daniel Perales involved a foot issue that was so painful I had given up any hope of exercise. Daniel went above and beyond my expectations in strengthening my foot and ankle. He was a supportive coach and cheerleader as I made progress doing his recommended regime. Now I am walking 2 miles six times a week. Thank you so much Daniel.

Thanks to Karen and Roseanne I'm back on my feet again after knee surgery. they were both very helpful and made my recovery easier and quicker...Thank you both T Long 4 Jan 2022. Wouldnt you know it I had to go back because of shoulder surgery in Oct. Cant say enough great stuff about the folks that work here and help you recover. Ten Stars if I could. And a special thanks to Daniel who worked almost exclusively with me. He should be a doctor he's so thorough!
