I have had multiple occasions to utilize physical therapy services at the Bitters Road location. All my therapists there have been good, but I want to give a special shout out to 2 therapists in particular. Both Sarah, the pelvic physical therapist, and Lauren, the vestibular therapist, have been simply outstanding. They are both extremely professionally skilled and also have wonderful bedside manner. They make everything understandable, but never talk down to you. They encourage and motivate. They praise you be when you have done well and help you get back on track when you are struggling. Lauren basically cured my balance and dizziness problem in a single session, which was nothing short of a miracle for me as I had been suffering for many weeks before seeing her. And in only 5 or 6 sessions, Sarah helped me so much with some worsening incontinence issues I was having. These ladies truly set the bar for physical therapy excellence. I appreciate them so very much and I highly recommend both of them. Just awesome!

Based on the reviews, and referral from my Orthopedist, I was looking forward to working to get arthritic shoulder pain minimized. My initial appt. was nearly a month after the referral, so when November 15 came around I was eager to get started. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, the initial appt was for “measurement / analysis” only and I had to wait another TWO WEEKS for my first Therapy appointment on the 29th. But I was encouraged because therapist “Alec” was great, and we setup twice weekly appointments going forward. The next appointment was fine, but the third appointment on this past Monday was not. Instead of Alec, I was handed off to “Michelle” (even though Alec was there) who IMO is a condescending smart-aleck (pun intended), and based on that interaction I cancelled all my appointments moving forward. Avoid her at all costs!

I had my aqua therapy evaluation yesterday. I arrived discouraged and left optimistic and ready to get started. Brian did the evaluation. He had helped me last year. It was like reconnecting with a good friend. He is so knowledgeable. He answers all your questions. He is compassionate about your situation. He sees the big picture but approaches things so that you aren’t overwhelmed.

I enjoy doing my exercises in the warm water therapy pool. I also use the hot tub to relax my muscles. It's great!

Every Tuesday and Thursday I go to physical therapy at the Baptist Health Link; I have never seen such a clean pool that is used by so many people. Everything is in its place, so organized. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, so much that I never feel like I’m going through PT alone. They constantly are checking on you and making sure you are completing the exercises correctly. Great place!!

In the past year, I've had some SI issues that were difficult to diagnose and saw many Physical Therapy facilities. It wasn't until I went to Healthlink (per a recommendation from a chiropractor) that all the pieces of the puzzle came together specifically by my therapist, Ana Liza. Besides being a very knowledgeable and caring PT, she has a fellowship in manual physical therapy which was extremely beneficial for me. She definitely put me on the path to recovery and I highly recommend her! The facility has lots of options: water therapy and classes, lap pool, exercise classes, massage therapists, gym, and personal trainers. Much more than normal gyms offer and has reasonable membership fees; some options mentioned above are extra charges. I now have graduated to the gym and look forward to working with a Personal Trainer. The staff is nice, friendly, and willing to help. For me, Healthlink is my one-stop rehab/fitness choice!
