Extremely helpful during my recovery period. Nurse was full of tips for my health and suggestions on improving home safety.

Therapist Kristiane Nygaard is very good. She is knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I am extremely impressed by her and pleased with the service she provided.

I had the best experience with HealthFlex Home & Hospice. Before leaving the hospital after my surgery, I asked for a physical therapist and occupational therapist to visit me at home in my post operation phase. Kyle was my PT. He listened to me and provided me with the necessary tools to meet me where I was, especially in the early weeks of my operation recovery. He made me feel confident in the achieving physical recovery. He also was very good at explaining why certain exercises were necessary to do at each point in time and what they helped strengthen. Kathleen Chen was my OP. She was referred to me by Kyle, actually. We really meshed well. Kathleen helped me survive my home (with a toddler!); in the last 5 weeks, I’ve gained so much confidence in how to do simple but important things around my home (shower, reaching for dishes, getting in and out of bed, walking the many stairs and opening the doors). I could not be where I am now physically and mentally in my recovery if it weren’t for Kathleen. She is a good listener and always has a good tip on how to do something differently if the first way wasn’t working for me.

High quality level of nurses and physical therapists assisting someone in need is a real 5 star Team! Thank you for your help!

Kathleen Chen has truly given an outstanding and positive face to Health Flex Home Health & Hospice by her pleasant, professional and compassionate manner. My Dad’s home care nurse Natalia is the best! She’s compassionate and she knows what she’s doing. This is the 2nd time we had her. I actually requested her and when she called to set up a time to come check on my dad, I was so happy. My whole family is very fond of her. She’s very nice and she treated my dad as if her father.

Very professional, yet personable too. Helped my senior mom feel at ease while changing her dressing.Utilized safety health measures before, during and after. Let us know when schedule changed by phoning ahead. Very grateful for their kindness and excellent care!

The HealthFlex people are the greatest. RN's Natalia and Mary Kate are better than ten's if that is possible. Then PT Will turns out to be the very same rating. I would only wish that some of the Dr,s. were as efficient as Your Nursers are. Please "do not ever change the way that They operate. I only wish that I could give You more than 5 stars as You all deserve it.
