HealthCARE Express Urgent Care - Atlanta, TX

I have been to the Health Care Express several times prior to my visit there on Friday. I have always been satisfied with the treatment I have received there..and everybody that works there have always been nice and respectful to me. The area is always clean and plenty of room in the lobby and treatment rooms.

Family Nurse Practioner, Tashina Bevill, at the Atlanta, Texas location, turned out to have the best bedside manner and thorough testing of any physician I have experienced in my 73 years. She left no stone unturned when trying to determine why my jaw/neck lymph nodes were inflamed and swollen.

Outstanding experience! From the ladies checking you in, to the nurses, to the providers. I can't speak highly enough of my experience at this clinic the past week. They are helpful, fast, and friendly and take time to explain everything happening.

I am always treated with respect and the providers and nurses always listen to my concerns. Today I found out some very important drug interactions that could negatively affect my health. I am very grateful to have gotten that information. Update: I had to return today for a different condition. Same awesome service!!! Provider knew what was wrong and took care of the situation. Told me what I needed to do and prescribed some meds to help. I didn’t think I could be more impressed than last time, but I was wrong!!!

From the receptionist desk to the nurse and provider. Their service was excellent. The provider was extremely thorough in her assessment of my symptoms. Kudos to Tashina, provider for HCE. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience, the staff was very friendly and stayed open late to provide care for me. The provider was very attentive, she took her time and provided ex emotional care.

We were coming back from taking our son to college in Tennessee & stopped because our daughter was sick. They were fast & very thorough! So thankful!

Made appointment online and could also upload insurance information. Fast service and friendly people.
