Healthcare Express-Physical Therapy

I have been receiving physical therapy for several years at Health Care Express Physical Therapy. Ryan Schaeffer is my PTA and is wonderful. He is intelligent, very knowledgeable and professional when addressing problems involving the orthopedics of the human body. I highly recommend Health Care Express Physical Therapy to anyone needing these services. Health Care Express is small and very individualized! Patients receive excellent care!

Very disappointed in this place. I started last summer and thought the place was great. I had to get a NEW evaluation done. The day of the appointment they called to me to say the physical therapist was out and needed to reschedule. The next available was in a month and a half. The morning of this appointment, the secretary called to tell me they needed a new referral from my doctor before they can see me again. Well I then let them know that this is the day of my appt and that my doctor takes over a month to get in with. She informed me that I can go to the urgent care center to get a referral before my appointment. Yes that would’ve been great if I didnt have a full time job as a teacher and a part time job as a coach. They should have let me known this the day I scheduled the appt or given at least a week’s notice. I think they got a new secretary, because I do not recognize the name, but they seem to be a lot more unprofessional lately.

Healthcare Express physical therapy was fantastic. They got me up and moving well in only 11 sessions. The staff were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you for a job well done!

This place is the best for physical and Auqua therapy unlike any I've been to before! They go above and beyond! Everyone is so warm and welcoming! Ryan has been the best physical therapist! He motivates me to challenge myself and gives me exercises to help me at home. If you need physical therapy,Healthcare Express is the place to go!

This is an amazing place to go to receive a great outcome. At the beginning I was a little weird that I wouldn't get the results that I wanted but, my therapist was patient and worked with while making sure I was comfortable at all times. I admire and appreciate the work that you guys do.

I highly recommend PT at HealthCARE Express. I had sessions with Ryan, Dillon and Gary for my 12 visit course of therapy. They were very thorough with my therapy and assessments and I didn’t feel rushed. I’m not 100% yet but I feel that I have made considerable progress. The facility was very clean and I observed the work spaces being disinfected between clients. I’ve been very pleased with my experience at HealthCARE Express Physical Therapy.
