Healthcare Express

I went in on a Wednesday morning around 9:30. Everyone was cordial and I was seen pretty quickly. I was assured that my prescription would be called in. As of 2:30 that same day I didn’t have my medicine. They finally called it in at 2:51. I was very sick and needed antibiotics really bad.

I made an appointment and was met at the reception desk by a woman who said my insurance wasn’t active. I showed her from the website that it was and she said she checked it 3 times already and it was inactive so I would have to pay cash. I told her to forget it because I know my insurance is active and that’s how I found they were on my plan. I then went to a Baptist Urgent care in Little Rock who took my insurance and said everything was fine, accepted my copay and even knew what it should be. They had me in and out in no time. I will NEVER use Healthcare Express again due to this encounter with someone who thought she knew what she didn’t and was unwilling to check again as she had probably typed the numbers in incorrectly.

We have consistently had a wonderful experience. It's clean, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for providing a great service and helping our family to get well.

I was seen after a reasonable amount of time and Dr Sam listened to my issue and provided the treatment I needed so that I was better that evening, and much better the next day. It was a very positive experience.

Employer set up pre-employment testing at this facility. Showed up and was told no staff available to perform it and was sent to another location 30 min away. Performed testing there and was called 5 hours later by the Maumelle location to let me know they’ve received the packet from my employer via ups and I’d have to get the testing redone when Saturday was my only available day to have this performed. Unacceptable, unprofessional, rude and a waste of my time. Will not be using this service again. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Waited for over a hour with my son who was having an allergic reaction to a medication.. when we were seen the doctor rushed through the appointment.. she didn’t even spend 5 mins with him… did not ask if I had any questions , she rushed off and I had to ask the lady at the front desk to ask the doctor the question I had. The lady at the front desk was amazing.

Short wait time, excellent service. Nurse is hands down the best at painless shots. Professional and courteous MD as well.

The individual who provided services was wonderful. She was so positive and competent at many different roles in her position. It made my day. It was the location in maumelle / North Little Rock Arkansas.
