Amazing place. I walked around for 6 months with knee pain before I sought help. My Dr. prescribed physical therapy. I didn’t understand how something so simple would make a difference but boy do I now. My knee feels better than it has in years and I understand why it felt the way it did now. The knowledgeable staff made sure to explain everything to me. Every exercise and what it will do. Ever stretch and why. I’m a physical therapy addict now. I’ll definitely be back for them to help me with my other body pains! 10/10 recommend Health Actions!
