Love this place! Had to get pelvic floor therapy here for about 2 months and was discharged today. Thanks to Sarah, Candace and Julie, I was able to make a full recovery AND have more strength in my core than I did prior to surgery. Not only were they such amazing therapists and experts in their fields, but they were SO kind! I saw Sarah and Candace regularly and they are just joys to be around! Furthermore, Sarah would always help me with other issues if I was having pain somewhere else. I cannot recommend this place enough. I complained about the drive from Pensacola a lot during my sessions, but it was TOTALLY worth it! If I need PT in the future, I’ll be coming here. Thank you ladies!!

I loved working with everyone at Health Actions. They were all so through and worked closely with me to get the exercises right. Each and everyone one were very caring and took the time to get to know me and talk to me. Last but most importantly they knew how to help me and were super at what they did. It has been a long time sine I have had relief with my issues. Love them all. Sara, Candice, Shay, Reagan, and Julie. 💖

Wow, where do I begin... I spent the last three months in rehab with this clinic and they went completely ABOVE AND BEYOND what they needed to do to help me with my rehab. The care and concern that I received was nothing short of amazing. A special thanks to Sarah, Shay, Julie, Reagan and Candice for the extra time and effort they gave me in making my rehab much better than I expected. I was sent to HealthActions Orange Beach for shoulder and knee pain. The Staff here is very welcoming and caring. Julie did my initial consultation and quickly located my issue. She helped me to understand the source of my pain. Shae and her team Regan, Candace made the physical therapy an enjoyable experience while getting to work to releave the pain. Shae explains clearly the how and why of the treatment you are doing. Within my first visit I saw progress and In the following next few sessions I found 80% relief. I am very happy with the quality of service, and the team at HealthActions Orange Beach.

After going to three other Therapy Rehabs Clinics in the past, Health Actions is far the best. I received one on one care from the therapists and a personalized therapy plan to help me achieve my goals after total knee replacement. Everyone was polite, caring and a pleasure being around. It's hard to believe that I actually looked forward to my visits. I exceeded my goals that we set at the first session after my evaluation. Can't say enough good things about everyone at the Orange Beach Facility.

I have been attending therapy for an ankle injury and have been blessed with the best therapist ever. Shay is very understanding and really knows her stuff. Raegan is beautiful inside and out. They both take wonderful care of me and you can tell they love what they do. Highly recommend!

It is a welcome and pleasant environment. I have enjoyed exceptional care and I am pleased with the treatment that I am receiving. I am improving with every visit and treated like family by Shay and other staff. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for therapy.

Orange Beach location has extremely experienced Staff. Everyone there can take excellent care of your needs Hours are Extended for everyone’s convenience Even Better Service and Client Support when further Extending Hours and transitioning to 10 hr work days M-F. This will benefit Both Staff and Clients with 10 Hrs daily of Operation. 4 Days 10 hours and rotating Fridays and Mondays Win for Everyone Staff could get off an additional day each week and Us Clients Can have better booking of times especially Fridays Michael R Hook
