Health Quest Physical Therapy

Recently I have been suffering from what my doctor diagnosed as Tennis Elbow. As my condition was work related I was referred by my company’s treating physician to HQ Unlimited for a series of physical therapy sessions. I have always been a little dubious of the benefits of physical therapy especially for conditions such as this which seem to be exacerbated by constant repetitive use. I went to the HQ Unlimited facility and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly response I received from Paul, Matt and the rest of the staff. Paul told me the true nature of my condition and took the time to talk through some of the options that other therapists employ. He went on to explain the A.R.T. method of treatment that he would be using. Paul took me through the first round of treatment by manipulating the muscles and tendons around my elbow to release some of the tension that causes the pain I was feeling. Following his treatment, Paul had me a do a number of stretching exercises to help increase my flexibility. The last part of my treatment was with an electronic muscle stimulator used in conjunction with an ice pack. When I left Paul’s facility I can say that the pain in my arm was significantly reduced and that I had a greater range of movement in my right arm. I returned for several more sessions each time being treated with courtesy and professionalism, and each time the pain lessened even more to the point now, where I have little to no pain in my elbow. I have gone from a person who was a little ambivalent to this type of treatment to one who is a firm believer. I would recommend HQ Unlimited as a totally professional and very effective team and have particular praise for Dr. Paul Addison and his expertise. This organization is second to none in treating mine and what seems like a variety of other conditions based on the people I have seen attending the facility. I heartily recommend a visit to Paul and team if you have any range of motion issues or even just want to improve your general level of fitness, you will not regret it!

I met paul at a gym I worked out at. My knee was unfortunately a wreck and kept me from working out as hard as I wanted to. Other PT's in the past weren't able to help me much, but Paul was very good and used a technique called active release which was very helpful. I recommend talking to him if you have a sports injury,,
