The staff members are very kind, gentle and very patient! I just started coming to Health Pointe this year for an elbow injury. They have been so great with me! Health Pointe is also very clean. I couldn't ask for a better place to feel welcome at than Health Pointe! ❤️

had a full repair of my achilles by Dr. Norris in Oct. and have been going through therapy since. I had the pleasure of working with Brian through the process and couldn't be happier with his coaching. I was nervous through the process and not knowing what my future held wanting to get back to my physical activities. Brian had sessions laid out that challenged me each time but also answered questions and concerns I had. He was also a joy to converse with, very personable guy. I would highly recommend Brian for any injuries of this nature and getting the care and support you need.

I have been a customer of Health Point for more than12 years. I recomend it to everyone. Without the pool & the therapy department, I wouldn't be able to be out of bed. Very pleased with every aspect of this facility. You will not be disappointed if you have arthritis, the pool offers excelant relief.

My first workout visit to Health Point exceeded my expectations. They have all the mechanical weight assist machines you could want. Plenty of treadmill and steppers. I used the pool treadmill to relieve the stress on my knees. The steam room is hot.....

Been a member for two months and I have to say it's not that impressive for the price. The big selling point for me was the steam room. It's bad enough the hours are weird, but neither the sauna nor the showers are accessible for the advertised 24/7 hour memberships only the business hour times. And when you go in during the business hours they cut off the steam rooms 30 to 45 minutes before the business hours are over.

Big discount if you work for Masterbrand. Too expensive if you don't, $50 per month. Hours are weird and you have no access to the showers, pool, steam room, or lockers after hours. Would be worth it if you had access to the amenities. Seemed to be more designed for senior members and not the community.

Terribly over rated. It is way to expensive of a fitness facility. When you go in there you smell a terrible rancid smell of sweat that is worse than your average bad gym smell. The best way to describe that terrible smell is if someone puked, than peed in in the puke, put that puke in an oven for three weeks and put it in the gym. Besides the smell of the gym the machines where terrible taken care of. Over all it is an over price, awful facility.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Lori is great! Clean, with lots of equipment. Pool and hot tub are at just the right temperature.
