Health Pavilion

Scheduling nightmare. They are overbooked, under-engaged, and not very interested in their patients. I need physical therapy twice a week, and after the first appointment, they offered me the "next open slot" two weeks later.

Oh Summit!!! I blame the corporation. The practitioners care but are clearly overworked. The place is under staffed. Call wait times are insane. I feel sorry for the front office people. Unfortunately, it is the only place in my plan.

I'm calling from a doctors office to get their fax # since it is not listed, I've been waiting for someone to pick up for over 15 minutes now. Currently still waiting. After waiting 23 minutes, I was hung up on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a patient for knee replacement and burst Bakers Cyst. Great facility. Great attention and follow through. Thank you.

Called here 3 days in a row, each time, about one hour waiting, but NEVER get connected, NEVER!
