I highly recommend this place to everyone, every time I got any pain they get rid off it. Therapist Cesar and Brayan is the best therapist I ever see in NYC, they give enough time for patients for treatment and also gives exercise tips to release your pain . Thank you so much.

Front desk staff is super unprofessional. I tried relaying insurance information and she rudely hung up on me after saying I was crazy in spanish over the phone. They need to be better trained and be more knowledgeable. They do not know about health insurance coverages and benefits. It’s clear why they have 3 stars. Avoid this place if you can. I don’t recommend patients coming here. You will end up with a bill if you do because they don’t seem to understand what primary and secondary coverage is.

Pésima atención al cliente la recepcionista es extremadamente GROCERA Y RASISTA que trata a las personas como inferiores a ella. Y lo más cómico pretenden fomentar terror diciendo que va a llamar la policía cuando usted solo está preguntando por un servicio médico. Es una lastima que el profesionalismo y la calidad humana de las personas de los fisioterapeutas se vean afectadas por una sola que esta de cara al público.

Excelentes profesionales! Después de 8 semanas de terapia en Mi hombro derecho, con fuerte molestias en el manguito rotador, estoy 95% mejor!
