I have worked alongside Dr. Jessica as a physical therapist as well as utilized the services and the practitioners at Health Inc take care of me and my family. I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Jessica is a whole-person care centered practitioner who believes in a team approach. The care that she and the staff provide is amazing and my kids love coming in for their adjustments. Friendly staff and clean environment. Health Inc is a placenta healing!!

Dr. Jessica, Dr. Russell, Marissa, and the whole crew at Health Inc are beyond top notch. They all do an amazing job of listening to what the problem is and equipping you with tools to both understand what is causing the problem and how to fix it. Hands down the most knowledgeable group I know and their approach to health is unmatched in my opinion. I have been seeing Dr. J for years and she has not only been an amazing chiropractor but has also become a wonderful teacher and is able to give me bite size things I can do to better my health a little at the time, which over time makes a big difference! I just had my first visit with Dr.Russell the other day and he was phenomenal! He takes the TIME to really dig into your health and blood work and help you strategize on how to make it better. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and took time to really listen. Marissa is also a huge asset at Health Inc and I can’t say enough amazing things about her skills and breadth of knowledge. She has helped me work through some really deep stuff that was just… hard. But I truly believe my health is better now for it. To sum it up, if you want not just a provider but a TEAM who will work to help you get and stay healthy, there is nowhere better than Health Inc. Family owned and operated local folks succeeding in making a difference. Heck, I moved over 4 hours away last year and they are still my go-to!

I’ve always used a chiropractor as part of my health care but as I’ve gotten older I’ve found that I my body doesn’t quite work the way it used to. Dr Jessica has been a great addition to my health care! She is the most on time doctor I have ever been to- she can get more done 10-15 minutes than others can do in twice that amount of time! Chiropractic care combined with Dr Jessica’s wisdom and knowledge in nutrition have set me on the right path to better health as I age.

I have known Dr Jessica for well over a decade now and she is by far the best Chiropractor that I have ever seen. She is always very attentive to what my problems are and how we can improve my overall health and wellness. I have referred many friends and family over the years and I have never heard a single report of any disappointment in her abilities or care for them and whatever issue they had received help. A++++ in every aspect!

I love coming to this area. Dr. Doug has been my chiropractor many years and now I can come see him at Health, Inc. and enjoy the amenities of the surrounding area. He is awesome. Everybody at Health Inc. has been super nice to me and it is a pleasure to come see them.

Much success many years ago when it was Southern Pines chiropractic, but this time around, there was no sense of urgency considering I was in acute pain. Dr. Jessica seems to have joined the ranks of health care “professionals” who are more interested in making money in a semi-retired state by selling products and charging for state of the art methodologies that simply do not apply to every patient rather than intelligent, empathic patient care... no thanks. There is a chiropractor immediately interested and available to get me out of immediate pain. 3 stars only because of success over a decade ago. But would NOT recommend to anyone new to chiro.

Dr Jessica helped me get control of my health. She helped me get my life back when my spine got out of line, as well. Total lifesaver. Highly recommend Health INC!! I’ve learned more here than I did in school about how the body works.

OMG!!! I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. J. &. the Health Inc. team! After being diagnosed with MS around 2016 and trying a few of the common medications to no avail. I was introduced to Dr. J.!!! ❤️ Cool, Hip n Down to earth! She Genuinely cares about people. I love the approach to HEAL you, instead of just treating you. I've been in remission for a few years now! (Thank you Dr. J. 🙏🏽) Her bedside manor is FABULOUS! EVERYONE from the front desk, throughout the office are AMAZING!
