I just finished 7 weeks at this location and had a fantastic experience. Those working the desks were always very kind and greeted you and were quick and warm in helping you schedule new appointments. In terms of the actual physical therapy, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Alejandra whom I truly felt made me feel welcome as a person first each time I went. She was kind, supportive, and helpful generally and also in terms of my PT goals and was always encouraging towards me with each visit. My condition truly got better. I recommend this place!

I love coming to this place for physical therapy due to the convenient location for an elderly patient. The physical therapist assigned is extremely helpful, healing, and exceptional!!! She makes it easy for the patient to understand directions and helps guide the patient by offering counseling and tips to healing her pain. HOWEVER, the front desk receptionist working on Monday, 10/16 asked a patient if he wants an appointment with the Asian therapist, and asked if it is okay. The specificity of this question is unprofessional and racist. It would make sense to ask a patient if they prefer a male or female, but for her to ask if he is okay with the Asian therapist by stating her race rather than her NAME is absurd to me!!! The Physical Therapist has a name. This interaction angered me, especially because I am of Asian descent. The recent events regarding the Israeli-Palestinian war makes me even more angry because most of the people who enter as patients here are Asian and Muslim. Receptionists need to be mindful of their respect, tone, and coping skills at the work place in order to remain professional. The front desk area is understaffed with only one receptionist today. She seems like she is stressed, burnt out, and overworked. She struggles with reception of patients coming in, taking calls for appointments, as well as translating for patients.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Health First PT! Dr Zeyad is very professional and knowledgeable and most important very friendly and patient. He always takes the time to work with you and explain the source of your pain and how to heal it. I am very fortunate to have found him and Health First PT in my neighborhood. I highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.

I highly recommend Health First Physical. I took my uncle there for a physical therapy session, and he had a really good experience and will definitely go back for further treatment. Dr. Zeyad is very knowledgeable and made a remarkable difference from just one session.

Came here for an interview and the female PT (one of the partners) was very unprofessional. It was very apparent she had not looked at or reviewed my resume prior to my arrival. Their volume of 23+ patients per therapist is INSANE! Good luck with retaining your workers and avoiding the spread of covid! Smh

I would rate it as 0 stars -if google made it possible. My experience here was horribly painful. People come here to recieve effective therapy in order to recover. However, after coming to this location to recieve therapy, my condition worsened. My therapist was Ghandi. I believe that she has no experience with physical therapy, and she most likely chose to use these patients in order to gain experience. But, people are not laboritory materials; we are humans. My therapist would treat countless people at a time. How is it possible for someone to effectively treat multiple patients at a time? I don't know who's in charge of this physical therapy center. But, I ask them to please stop playing games with people's lives. I had to waste lots of time and money in order to come here to recieve effective therapy. But, what I get in return is insurmountable pain.
