Health First Medical Rehab

My physical therapists were awesome, but I will never return due to administrative issues. It was difficult to schedule, no way to confirm my actual cost, appointments were never confirmed via email,text, or call which resulted in 3 different appointment issues. I even checked in and paid for an appointment, waited 20 minutes, to then find out the therapist wasn’t even there; they had taken me off the schedule.

The physical therapist I worked with is wonderful. However getting on the schedule or getting ahold of people to make/confirm/ question or do anything about appointments is impossible! Do they even have a desk staff?? I have never seen a person at the desk every time I have gone. I tried calling to schedule after I never received scheduling appointment confirmations or calls; and could never get a hold of a person on the phone so I had to physically drive there and get my appointment days ( they stuck me in but never checked my schedule or notifying me). Then, other days I have shown up for an appointment when I was told I had one, only to be told I don’t have an appointment that day. They just need to get their schedule/staff together.

the therapist were amazing! scheduling was good. my healing was much quicker than expected!

Kelli, Ryan and Mike (Physical Therapists) are wonderful. They truly care and will do everything they can to help you achieve rehab goals.

Abby is a highly skilled and caring PT. I had a great outcome after surgery thanks to her.
