It was my child visit here. So only time will tell But so far so good the therapist that did our intake today was a really caring understanding and willing to listen to my concerns.. 10/10 recommend We were able to stay for over an hour talking and have her listen to our concerns overall, it was great so far.

I was really happy at first but I slowly realized I would say the same things over and over and my counselor never would remember. It's the little things that make a good counselor. She also told the person I live with to call the cops instead of simply walking outside where I had been sitting for well over half an hour talking to the counselor. Great they work with the price but honestly it wasn't worth what I was paying I felt like I was paying to talk to a friend and I can talk to a friend for free... and after contacting them to ask for assistance they ignored my calls and text messages. Better counselors in this area hands down. Sliding scale therapy/ counseling= you get what you pay for. I think they are more fit to handle substance abuse than depression or mental health issues. Obviously the staff is also unhappy and that is why they loose all their employees. If you call the main office they don't return calls.

The ppl here are absolutely PHENOMENAL.. they help you in every way possible.. including helping you find housing, getting signed up for food stamps, finding employment, and helping addicts kick their habit.. they are totally judgment free and understand the struggle.. you cant even tell the difference between the ones who have been affected by addiction and the ones who are "textbook taught"... I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!! Even if you slip up jus be honest with them.. they get it.. hardly anyone makes it on their first try... give these people a chance to help YOU change YOUR life!!!! Good luck!

Would be a great place if you got to stay long enough to get help with your problem but instead they throw you out inside the funding is gone but yet and still people who goes there that doesn't have insurance it's like they pick and choose very disappointed in them truly was trying to get help

Best place for help to kick habits of most anything. People are amazing that works here!!
