I am very unhappy with this network. I spent time on the phone carefully making sure the nurse would not miss keeping their appointment between 9am-Noon. I explained that my husband would be home all day waiting for care. The nurse told me they always call 30 minutes before to make sure we are home. I explained that I may miss the call because of work. I gave them my husbands phone number and told them that he would be home all day because he can't walk. I was assured they would come. At 10:30 am I received a phone call. Unfortunately I missed the call and heard the voice mail. I called the number back and received a text message "Please Text Me" So I texted who is this? NO REPLY. When I spoke to my husband he stated the nurse spoke to him on the phone and told him that they would be out to see him at 4pm. So 9am-Noon was pushed out to 4pm. When I got home at 2:30 I was furious. They had the appointment. They knew what to do and yet they chose to completely ignore not only me but the patient who really needs the care. The nurse phone ending in 3738 still has yet to respond. Not sure why keeping appointments is so difficult.

Nothing makes me calm and relaxed than the fact that someone skilled and knowledgeable stays with daddy while I'm at work.
