We visited a relative at this nursing home this weekend 7/14/2023 and even though the building is older, the staff kept everything clean and was very friendly and accommodating. They seem to genuinely care for the patients. All the beds had fresh, clean linens put on them that morning and the kitchen staff and kitchen area looked clean too. They had most of the residents out of bed and in the halls in wheelchairs or in the common area hanging out together. The patients were fully dressed and had their lunch served while we were there. We spoke with one patient who told us he had been there over a year and it was much better than the nursing home he had been in previously. This place is not anything fancy, but they appear to be taking good care of the patients.

This place almost starved my aunt to death and kept her drugged to keep her quiet. Not exactly fair to a mentally handicapped person. Eight UTIs in one year..... Thank God I got her out of there. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

This place is awful! The below statement is correct. Only the CNAs care about the residents. It is nasty, unorganized, and with knowledge of their previous and ongoing violations, I would NEVER place anyone there. People are SO rude there. Imagine how they act when no one is watching!!??? This is no place for any human to be forced to live at for any amount of time! Do NOT donate anything to the residents. It will never reach them. It's sad when community based organizations can't even adopt grandparents or visit with care packages as gifts. If you love your elder, place them elsewhere.

When you walk in the SMELL will Knock you down!!!!! The Staff has been rude each time I’ve been there. The residents are made to stay in their rooms. I’m beyond grateful our loved one was to themselve & Made it out of there! Now living in a clean environment with Loving caring ppl to take care of them!!

The DON and the ADON are very rude and they do not behave in a professional manner and it is very understandstabke why they can not keep CNA's. The CNA's are very polite and take excellent care of the residents even though they are understaffed.

This place broke my heart. If your looking for a place to stay, place a loved one or work… Please consider any where else! If your loved one is here please keep a very close eye on them. Beware!!
