Health and Rehabilitation Center

The staff here are rude, a healthcare worker hung up the phone mid call earlier today. Quite embarrassing for a health care setting to have very poor communication via over the phone. The facility should really inform the medical staff who are in charge of the office to develop some proper etiquette and communication skills when helping those in need. From the minimal to the most complicated of topics, clearly they are lazy and do not wish to speak at all unless calling about medical insurance. Other facilities are open to a vast majority of questions and topics, whereas they don’t limit themselves unlike this one. My friend’s family who had a father previously stay here for rehab services also experienced incredibly poor and disrespectful communication. To think after a year they’d change. The staff are not it.

Health and Rehabilitation Center helped me to recover from drug addiction. I've been their about six month ago and from than I'm drug free and my life is getting better. Now I can focus on my work and other social activities without a distraction. The center has helped me build a strong support system and learn new skills to stay away from drugs. The staff has been very supportive and understanding. They guided me through the recovery process, showed me how to cope with my cravings, and provided me with the necessary resources to help me stay strong and healthy. The center also provided me with counseling and group therapy sessions. With the help of the center, I was able to come out of my addiction and lead a productive and healthy life.

When I was at my lowest and felt like there was no hope of overcoming my addiction, Health and Rehabilitation Center provided me with the caring and structured environment I needed to start my journey to recovery. They showed me that I was worth saving and gave me the knowledge, support, and tools to live without drugs and alcohol. With their help, I was able to find a way when I thought there was none. Health and Rehabilitation Center gave me the hope and confidence I needed to make a new life for myself.

This place changed my life. The staff and the therapist were fantastic. And the groups were so close together. I was overcome with emotion as I prepared to leave. Thank you to everyone. I hope I can stay sober and keep going. I'd love to work there one day and make a difference in people's lives.

This place is horrible. I stayed there for 4 years and was treated with sever disrespect. some of the staff were good but most of them are low lifes and need to leave so better more experienced people can work there . It was filthy and a few of the residence were buying hard street drugs from the night staff. honestly i give one star but that just because its the only way to post my message.
