I can’t recommend Head to Toh Physical Therapy enough! I struggled with sciatic pain in one leg for over a year, which made squatting and lifting heavy unbearable. I avoided lifting heavy altogether, thinking that was my only option. After just three sessions with Benji, which included dry needling, form corrections, and a tailored PT plan to strengthen my lower back, I started seeing real improvements. Now, four months later, I’m completely pain-free and back to lifting heavy again! Benji was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery. If you’re dealing with pain or looking for a skilled PT, I highly recommend his practice.

I have been seeing great results working with Benji. I am 34 and hurt my hip and back while training and had seen 2 physicians and a chiropractor who confirmed there was something wrong but just do less. I've been doing dry needling with some stem and it has finally got my back to loosen up so I can feel a stretch again in my hamstring. I have a long way to go but I've had more relief in 2 sessions than I had with seeing a chiropractor once a week. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Benji highly enough! He takes the time (pre 1st appointment) to make sure that he is a good fit for you & your issue. He digs in deep and does a thorough medical history. The first appointment is dedicated to assessment and further investigation into the matter. He is hands on with you 100% from the get go. I went in with a chronic issue, and he had me put back together in 3 visits. I will offer fair guidance here - You have to put in the work. If you do not do what he asks, things are not going to get better. Benji is purposeful in his guidance, and you aren't doing random stretches/exercises. Plus, he is a just a super fun individual to chat with! Go see him & start feeling better!

I came to Benji with scoliosis, degeneration and lumbar disc herniations and there were days I had a hard time walking or standing. Over a period of a few months, he had me back exercising, gardening and doing all of the things I enjoy. Benji is incredibly knowledgeable and kind and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend Dr. Benji Toh. When you work with him you can tell he is passionate about what he does and very knowledgeable. I love his approach to solutions in a non invasive way. I am pretty active and when my knee started not allowing me to put any weight on it and started locking up causing me minimal flexibility I was upset thinking I may have to have surgery on it like I had my other knee years prior. He suggested dry needling which worked immediately and he walked me through some home exercises that I could do daily. I continue to do my exercises daily and I have not had knee pain since. I am so grateful I took the time to schedule and do an assessment before injections or surgery.

Dr. Benji helped me with several issues that I had been dealing with for years after leaving military. I love to lift at the gym and for years I've been dealing with knee pain, shoulder pain, and lower back pain while running. His physical therapy techniques and knowledge helped me with these issues and I cannot thank him enough for his expertise. Highly recommend!

I have a neuromuscular birth defect called Arnold-Chiari that causes chronic pain and even developmental issues such as fused vertebrae. It affects all my nerves and muscles making even daily tasks difficult. I’ve tried pretty much everything over the years except hypnosis and black magic. I don’t like chiro, it’s too forceful and just generally does not help me long term. The only other thing that gave me relief was massage, but even then it still wears off. Benji was super attentive and tried to understand all of my issues, what’s worked and what hasn’t, and so on. My main issue was shooting nerve pain in my lower back when putting in my shoes. His exercise regimen not only completely got rid of that pain but is seriously helping strengthening my back which is helping with other back issues. My pain then shifted to my neck and shoulders, so he moved his focus there and that new regimen has been helping with that pain. This was the first time in 20 years of having Arnold-Chiari that I actually started seeing improvement and got relief from pain. I highly recommend Benji as he also takes a holistic approach going over daily routines, habits, and anything else you might be doing (I also get neuromuscular massages) and works with all of those things in either trying to pinpoint an issue or thinking of what else could be done. I’m incredibly grateful I found him and will absolutely go back if I need anything!

Dr Benji was patient, and listened to my issues then proceeded with therapy. He is not the same type of therapist, with him its you do the exercises at home so when you come in he focuses on the other half, he does show you the different moves you do. I will definitely recommend him to who ever does not want the same type of therapy.
