Head to Toe Kids Therapy

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They did a good job making my family, especially my son feel not important. Even after many chances of good They NEVER kept communication. They NEVER officially assigned my son a therapist after numerous times I spoke with the same lady "Denise" about set days/times. They did no-shows for evaluation appointments. Its was an all around waist of time and horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!

The absolute worst possible place to bring your child! Do not waste your time!! The entire staff is incompetent. The manager is never available. They don’t call to confirm and they NEVER answer the phones. I scheduled an evaluation for my daughter weeks ago and show up to be told it’s for the following month at a time I would have never chosen so they did NOTHING! I should have known to just go with someone else when I called yesterday every hour all day long just to get through to someone. Even if you have Medicaid that covers it, don’t take your child here and don’t recommend them to anyone!!

Do not recommend this company at all. My son was taking therapy at his school, the therapist NEVER introduced her self, never sent any progress report the only thing they send is the invoice. I never knew when my son was taking the therapies, schedule or time because they don’t even answer the emails. Very disappointed

I had custody of My 4 year old grandson , he was traumatized and a bit of an introvert, he had low motor delay, Nicole at Head to toe has made such a difference in him, she is great with him after just a few months she has made a noticeable improvement , he really enjoys her visits ! Thank you Nicole

Such a joke. Horrible staff communication. Filthy waiting room. They had no idea I had an appointment After driving all way across town. I definitely do not recommend this establishment to anybody.

Fantastic experience with them, I took my son to them for his stuttering and the therapists were very professional and great working with him

I've been taking my son here since the new management took over and the experience has been nothing short of awesome. Highly recommend this place!
