My mother had a fracture and went here for strengthening afterwards. Mom loved the PT/OT folks there. They were superstars. After a few weeks, she was able to come back home. The nurses were really sweet and took good care of my mother. The charge nurse, Debbie, took time to update me when I called or visited. Kendra was also good at getting back to me when I had a question for the doctor that she could not answer. The food was really the only thing she didn't like, but we Door Dashed mom when she requested something else and that worked out just fine. Appreciated the staff so much.

I have a friend which has been in their care for a couple of weeks and every time I go to see him they are friendly, courteous and helpful. Every time I was there and he needed something they came right away and never appeared frustrated when I know it has to be frustrating at times. So what I’m trying to say here is I really appreciate their professionalism and support of those in need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am posting on behalf of my husband. This is worst place he could have been sent. To say the least he was treated like he was nothing. Started with an Uber driving dropping him off in the parking lot and leaving his bags. I might add he had his whole back fused together 5 days prior to this. He was put in a bed with an alarm that went off ever time he moved .Then one of the nurses called him a trouble maker. This place was an awful.

So far, Im very unimpressed with the care my mom has gotten from many staff. There are good ones, but my mom has been run into walls after breaking a hip, her dignity was taken away by a lazy nurse. They have horrible food, but ususlly dont bring her what she ordeted. She doesnt eat beef, why do they keep pushing it on her. They gave her antibiotics that are bad for the aorta and she recently had aorta surgery. They gave her speech therapy. She isnt there for a stroke. Are they padding her bill because she has great insurance? My sister has POA but the staff never talks to her about her care. Im so mad right now!!!! If you care about your loved one's care, find another place. Jack French is her PT and he is great but only works 1 day a week. My mom deserves better care and they need to contact her real doctors before prescribing anything! Especially talk to sister! If Power of Attorney means nothing, how can we properly advocate for my mom?

Unfortunately, a friend of ours had a stroke and was admitted to the Rehab Institute of North Florida. It was a godsend, a true blessing! The facility itself is clean and very organized! The staff is professional, competent, efficient, and very compassionate about what they do. They make patient care their number one priority. They work with you and the patient in making sure the patient has the best care in every aspect! Maria Young, the caseworker, was instrumental in getting our friend what he needed, especially when it was time to discharge him to go to another facility. Her tireless efforts made the transition smooth and effortless! She even called the next day to see how our friend was doing! Meagan, his speech therapist, was awesome! Our friend's speech improved significantly under her care! I usually don't write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to do so! Although we were there for an unfortunate circumstance, my friend received the best care and the best customer service under their care!

This facility ranks far above most facilities of the same kind. The nursing staff really cares about their patients and truly wants them to get well quickly. The therapists are very well educated and knowledgable, capable, caring, compassionate and talented. We are so fortunate to have locally the medical skills they all exhibit. The whole support staff are just delightful which makes for an environment that promotes healing. Because there are many patients who have used the facility several times, it is obvious they wouldn't be returning unless they had an overall satisfying experience. Many have been referred by family members or friends who have been patients. The staff goes out of their way - above and beyond - to attempt to meet the patients' needs. The Lord is truly using each person in this Rehab facility to heal those in need of physical healing. Praises to Him for that.

Five days after having my kidney removed I fell and broke my hip. After hip replacement surgery I was transferred to this facility for a 20 day stay. When I arrived there it took two people to get me out of bed and onto a bedside toilet. In five days they had me walking again and within nine days I was independent, walking and showering without assistance. The entire staff is amazing. My special thanks to my favorite nurses Mary, Pat and Selena and my therapists Dinah and Molly. You have a special place in my heart and I thank you all very much. I recommend you to anyone who needs physicàl theràpy. You had me up and walking faster than I thought was possible.

My husband is currently a patient, has been here just over 2 weeks. Most of the nurses are great, and the therapists also, but nurses are very understaffed! It takes an average of 15 minutes to answer call lights, and tonight we waited for an hour to go to the bathroom, and ended up not going at all. Weekend staffing is the worst. These poor nurses are going to burn out with this kind of patient load.
