Had to take my wife to emergency Sunday night with breathing difficulties. I have to say in all her 74 years and multiple surgeries we have Never had such Steller service and attention from any hospital Ever. From the moment she arrived they were attentive fast and friendly. Dr Bogey was wonderful with bedside communication and his treatment decisions. And the nurses were Next level in their service friendly demeanor, attentiveness and professionalism. Their follow up and follow through was a 10/10. Every staff member we encountered from administrative, nurses aid even transport personnel were friendly efficient and engaging. Once she was moved to a room at 9pm the outstanding service from the critical care team in ICU continued. There wasn’t a moment that there wasn’t offers of assistance and anticipation of needs for my wife. From the nurses and their support staff. The meals were outstanding not to mention the delicious cafeteria selection and food for me. We even bought food to go from there after discharge. Sorry this is so long winded but I just wanted to give credit to the Wonderful staff and service we encountered in our experience there. Truly a 10/10 experience. Thank You

I was in and out of the ER department in 2 hrs. All the staff were extremely nice and respectful.They ordered a lot of exams and made sure that I was ok. The only complaint I have is that when you check in, you have no privacy. Everyone in the lobby hears all of your information and what brought you in to the ER. Something has to be done about that.

We had to take our son in to the ER last night for an ear infection and I’m more than pleased with how everything went. we were in and out in about an hour, only had to wait maybe 10 minutes to be seen. I can’t thank everyone enough for how kind they were to my 5 y/o who was so scared and helped us as parents stay calm, because we were also scared never having to take our son to the ER before as first time parents, so we can get the help we needed and get back home in a timely manner. Thank you so much to everyone in the ER

My brother had recently been submitted to ICU. I live 3 hours away, so called each day for status update. His nurse, Allison, was so patient with me, keeping me updated. It meant so much to me. Enough so, I decided to write a review, which I just don't do! Keep up the great work!

Arrived at HHH Lab at Sunnyslope only to learn that door is locked. No note, learned later that tech took an early lunch. Went to HHH, process, in-take clerk was too slow, rude. However the Phlebotomist was friendly, courteous,and professional.
